This house is seriously a great deal. Clean, and spacey. We played pool for hours it was a great addition to the house. Mike was very friendly and communicative during my stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

Katie’s place was perfect for me, and my dogs. The yard is enclosed with a privacy fence and enough room for medium sized dogs to run and play, the neighborhood is also walkable with friendly neighbors. Furniture is good quality, comfortable and clean! Love the ability to park my car in the garage. Katie was great and quick with communication, especially when I was locked out of the house due to a power outage. Crystal River has an abundance of seafood restaurants which are less than a 10 min drive from the location. The location is ideal for water activities and many of the trail parks! You just can’t go wrong by staying here!

It was my second stay at Flamingo House. And, the second was as fabulous as the first. Immaculate/ comfortable/well-equipped home. The neighborhood is quiet with extremely well kept/maintained homes and yards. The back yard opens onto a small farm with friendly horses who visit on a regular basis. You can't go wrong and will absolutely love a stay there!

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Our family loved this vibrant home during our one week stay in Crystal River. Chris has designed a beautiful and welcoming space that comfortably accommodated dinner and games for three generations of our family - from 2yrs old to 60+. The eldest members of our family and I stayed here, using two of the bedrooms for sleeping and the third for remote work. Family local to the area were able to visit for dinner with our littlest members and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything we needed to cook, rest, and entertain each other just like we would if we were all back home was available and accessible to us. It’s a place to take pride in caring for while you’re staying there. Chris is extremely kind, responsive and hospitable and we highly recommend you book your stay with him whenever possible. We hope to come back again. We loved our experience and were able to make incredible memories while visiting our Florida family because this wonderful place was available.

We had such a great time at Amber’s farm. They were on site but it felt private too. We had fun feeding the adorable pigs and goats. The farm was close to everything and was very safe. We would definitely come back here.

Very neat. Exceptional clean. Loved the decor. Had all necessities required. Natalie was very easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay! Was the perfect size space for our family of 9. Everything in the house was clean and easy to access. Pool was a bit chilly but the kids still enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again!

20 minutes from all the fun things.! pool is a bit cold in March but we still got in. There was a fixture out of the pool that was supposed to be in it, but I don’t think it was hurting anything.. The wash cloths were limited but the host quickly brought some. ran out of propane but they brought more within an hour. Host is super responsive. The place is beautiful and the master shower was amazing. We enjoyed playing volleyball and sitting by the pool. The bugs come out about 530, but there is some bug spray. Lots of little things to make the stay better. The basket of goodies were much appreciated!

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint, we love it! The house is great and the beds are comfy! The pool and the outside space is most amazing spot to hang out!! Rome is beyond amazing to communicate with and always ready to help or give any info! Feels like a home away from home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. Nice house good location and very comfortable

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

Great little spot! It's a pretty good blend of having some creature comforts while still feeling like you're in the outdoors. The photos need to be updated - now there's a flushing toilet (I think it's a composting toilet in the photos), lovely string lights that surround the whole perimeter to make it easy to see at night (we never needed a flashlight/headlamp), and a hammock with in-ground post near the campfire area (I used my own hammock instead, but the post and eye hooks made for really easy set up). Although the cabin is pretty well stocked with things you may need, if you plan to make a fire you'll need to bring your own hatchet/axe and work gloves. And for the picky coffee addicts out there, I'd recommend bringing your own Aeropress/French press/etc. We really enjoyed our stay and loved everything about this unique experience in the tiny barn! It was a lot of fun and made some great memories!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Marlaine was a fabulous host was always available the place is immaculate and very peaceful. Is only 10 minutes away from Crystal River and all there wonderful places to eat and have a cocktail on Kings Bay. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area, plenty to do and also see a manatee or two. Great Place

Great home and host, very much enjoyed our stay!

This house is beautiful, so tastefully decorated, every possible need or want from an AirBnb is provided. It has a fully stocked kitchen that any cook would dream of. The beds are comfortable, linens are lovely and the bedroom fans are exceptional. The backyard is perfect for cooking out, relaxing and plenty of space for pets. The area around the house is quiet, peaceful and makes you feel as though you are in a magical, mysterious place. I kept hoping to catch a glimpse of an alligator, but I was satisfied to see beautiful birds flying and fish jumping while I drank my morning coffee. I really wish I'd been able to stay longer, as it was the perfect respite after our adventures in Crystal River. Thank you!

Sue & Joe's place very neat, tidy, clean and fashionable. Centrally located, easy to get in and out of the area. Very well stocked with amenities like hair dryer, iron & kids toys. Back yard and barbeque very useful although we didn't have time to use it. Thank you so very much.
