Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Crystal River

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! We had a wonderful week at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared with all the comforts we could ask for. The kitchen had just enough to make cooking easy and enjoyable. Our host was truly excellent. Very quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond when the security company notified them about the cameras being down, making sure we were okay and getting the WiFi back online right away. We loved the peace and privacy of the property. Its location was ideal for us, offering a quiet escape just outside the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. Waking up to the cows and horses in the neighboring pasture was an absolute delight and added so much character to our stay.

Such a beautiful property! A very unique stay. The unit was very clean and so was the pool! If you’re looking for a quiet get away, this is the place.

The home was very welcoming. There are even doggie treats in the foyer as you walk in. Sandra has everything you would need. She is wonderful about responding. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. The mattress was just right and they have down comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. We loved the Espresso machine! So yummy! It is quiet on the end of a canal. We did not use the kayaks but did use the pool. We rented kayaks at Kings Bay so we could go to the springs. It really was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sandra!

We loved our stay here so much! Everything was well thought out. My daughter wanted to play the record player but has never seen one and didn’t know how to. There was a QR code right there to scan! Everything was clean, plenty of cookware, a grill with gas, kayaks and a peddle boat. I enjoyed having my coffee every morning outside watching the birds. The beds were comfy, a lovely living room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wendy is a great and very attentive host and the property was perfect for our stay. It's in a convenient location and is well decorated and stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I just stayed for a lovely 3 day weekend. The facilities are so well stocked, it had everything we needed! The area is beautiful and peaceful. We also got to learn how to use the boat lift to get our boat out to the gulf, and the manual had everything we needed to know. My friends were also very impressed. Thank you so much! My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

We went to Crystal River to swim with the Manatees. Donald's place was only 8 minutes away. Even though this apartment is on a quiet dead end street and very private, there were great restaurants and conveniences very near by.

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an air bnb. This place was wonderful. They have thought of everything. Fully stocked, very clean & the beds were so comfortable. We could walk to and from the historic downtown area that paired with the best restaurants. We would absolutely come back!

Rich was a very great host and so responsive! He even offered to come over to fix the TV remote at 9:00 at night before I figured it out. The place was beautiful and so clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and perfect for my wife and 2 kids to go and enjoy some time together. I would definitely come back!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Loved our Gulf Island stay. Beautiful Pool, comfy King size bed and a wonderful private balcony overlooking the Gulf! Even though the kitchen is a little dated, it is clean & functional. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

We had a blast staying at this wonderful and beautiful house for four days. Gerri made the stay unforgettable! The place was clean, everything what we needed was there. This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
