Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Croyde Beach

The only regrettable thing about our stay- is that we didn’t stay for longer! What a gem Blue Pebbles is- ideally situated for amazing views from the patio and balcony, for coastal walks or for beach days literally on your doorstep. The house is spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped- a real home from home and we had a superb time with fabulous weather too. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated and we will definitely be returning to Blue Pebbles to enjoy everything the house and the area has to offer. Thankyou for sharing this holiday gem with us- we loved every minute of our stay x

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

Absolutely loved the house, and everything about it. The interior, the garden, the BBQ, the location to get to Croyde village and Croyde Beach, just a fantastic stay all round. Would certainly stay again. William was very easy to deal with, great communication during the booking and in the run up to the trip.

Just had an absolutely fabulous 5 nights at Rollestone Barn with 2 of our doggies . The Barn is light and spacious and extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bedroom has a really comfy bed . The fully enclosed garden was fabulous for our dogs and a lovely peaceful place for sitting out in lovely surroundings. Noel and Sarah were very responsive hosts and all the information about the Barn and local attractions was much appreciated. They also left us lovely extras for the humans and doggies ! We will definitely be back to Rollestone Barn to further explore this lovely area - it really was a perfect place to stay !

A great location and a fantastic place to stay, the house is very modern and well equipped, as well as only being a short walk to the beach or Croyde centre. I would definitely recommend!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We had an excellent stay at Clare’s place in Braunton. We were attending a wedding at a local venue but decided on a longer stay to explore the area - very glad that we did! The air BnB had a great kitchen and living area, well equipped with everything that you would need, and had a lovely outdoor space. The bed was also very comfy which is always a bonus! The location is ideal, a short drive away from Saunton Sands, and slightly further to Croyde where we had some lovely food and watched the sunset on the beach. Clare / Jane were really helpful with instructions and directions to the property, and left a number of useful numbers and recommendations in the air BnB which helped a lot! Would certainly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit the north Devon coast!

We had a lovely week in Croyde and Jo’s place was perfect for us and our two children to stay. It was very child friendly which makes life so much easier when having a break with small children, very clean and tidy, and a great location! We would love to come back next year!

Great place to stay when visiting friends and family. Friendly host met us and showed us around the apartment, then gave us time to ourselves. Always great when tea, coffee and milk are left for you too. Nice comfy big bed, slept late days. Would definitely stay again

Debbie and her partner are wonderful hosts. Their annex is ideal for 2 people that want a quiet, private space in a gorgeous part of Devon. The patio and garden are gorgeous... Especially on a sunny morning.

Fantastic place... the views were as incredible as described and made for a really relaxing stay. The split level made the place feel really spacious with plenty of space for guests to hang out together (in kitchen or lounge) or apart. The location was fantastic... with a choice of pubs a stone's throw away. The village has a great atmosphere and is a lovely place to spend a few days. Didn't matter that it rained, the flat is a peaceful, comfortable place to hang out. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic time staying at Carol’s place. The accommodation was very private, quiet and had lovely views. The garden was perfect for our dog, and the additional touches she left us were lovely. Inside, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. With the flat being quite far into Langleigh Park, we didn’t feel that we could walk into Ilfracombe, but that didn’t stop us doing everything we wanted to do (you can park for free after 6pm in the Harbour anyway, so we made use of this).

We had a great stay. The apartment is an easy walk to Braunton where there are plenty of good restaurants and pubs and a short drive to Staunton sands. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was dog friendly with use of the garden. We would definitely recommend this for a holiday close to the beaches of North Devon.

We had a lovely stay in Pilton - comfortable, clean and as described. Very quiet and lovely soft towels! Easy parking outside, and great access to the coast.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!

Adrienne’s apartment was fantastic for our stay in Woolacombe, including for our 3 year old Labrador. The apartment is in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the town and no more than 10 minutes from the beach, with amazing views from the balcony, from which we had some beautiful meals overlooking the sea. The apartment itself is very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a brilliant stay - we’d love to come back!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in North Devon, attending the wedding of some friends. The apartment had all we needed and was nicely decorated. It has incredible views from the window, and it’s situated within walking distance to local amenities, and easy driving distance to Bideford, Appledore, Westward Ho! and other local places. Lindsay was very accommodating and made things really easy for us, with great communication, clear instructions and quick responses. Would certainly stay here again!

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Emily’s apartment is really comfy and more than covers all the bases. It was clean, light and well equipped. Emily sets you up with tea, milk etc. Easy parking and handy for the beaches and lovely walks. We slept well and found it an easy, attractive and generally great base for our stay. Apartment was lovely, as described and a good location for exploring Ilfracombe and surrounding areas. It is an apartment in a block, so we could hear the apartment above and while we were there, they were very noisy. Local pubs and restaurants were very good and only a short drive to Woolacombe beach, well worth a visit. Communication from Shirley was excellent.

The apartment is lovely, exactly as described and you see in the photos. Easy walk to the beach and town centre where there is everything you need for a seaside break. Beautiful, wide beach with rock pools. Lots to watch and lots tl do. Becky sent regular messages letting us know directions and the entry code etc. There were games inthe apartment and lots of dvds in case of bad weather. If slso has Netflix and Prime. Perfect getaway apartment ❤️

We had a great stay here. The apartment was really nicely decorated and extremely clean. The super king bed was huge and super comfy, having this option is perfect for 2 couples. Loved waking up to all the birds on the feeders in the morning. David was really responsive and gave us some info about what was going on locally. It was near the beach and a lovely costal walk into ilfracombe. Good location for accessing local area. A bottle of prosecco and biscuits when we arrived was a nice touch. Super host !
