The accommodation is located in a small, beautiful and private village – perfect for relaxing. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully arranged. There’s plenty of space, so everyone can have their own area – ideal for larger families with older children or teenagers, as each one can have their own room without being disturbed. Konstantinos is a fantastic host – always available, quick to respond and genuinely committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. We even got small souvenirs gifted. There’s also an amazing local restaurant called Veranda of Prines nearby with a very generous owner and incredibly delicious food. With a rental car you're just a short drive away from Rethymno and many other beautiful spots on the island, making this a great base for exploring. We usually drove about 1-2 hours into every direction and were able to explore the entire island. Thank you for such a lovely stay – we truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Such a beautiful home, with an amazing view of the mountains! Perfect view of the Milky Way at night from the private balcony. The home was extremely clean and well decorated. The air conditioning was modern, functional and very welcoming after long days at the beach. The bed was soft and very comfortable. If you don’t mind narrow, winding roads up the mountain, it is the perfect place to stay! 40 minutes drive to Chania, and within 2 hours drive of most major, popular beaches. Nikos was very kind, responsive, and welcoming. Thanks to his hospitality, my stay in Crete was an outstanding experience!

Absolutely beautiful home in a stunning area. The ride out to Theriso was beautiful and the village was so peaceful. We sat outside in the evening listening to the night sounds and watching the stars. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. lovely restaurants close by. Great place with a lot of character

Logement impeccable, belle petite maison rénovée avec goût. Le jacuzzi est très agréable surtout à cette période ou une fois la nuit tombée la température tombe vite! Nous remercions les hôtes pour leurs petites attention. Ideale pour y rester quelques jours en famille! Seul petit point négatif, la route principale du village un peu passante devant le logement (ne pas hésiter à fermer le portillon à clé avec des enfants!) cependant, une fois à l'intérieur celui ci est très bien insonorisé.

Die Wohnung und die Lage waren unschlagbar gut. Auch der Check-in war super organisiert. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The place is charming and friendly also very well designed and built. The gardens are beautiful. We loved the resident cats but then we love cats. The valley is beautiful with almost no traffic so very peaceful. The swimming pool is great. It’s a special location , you definitely need a car to get about and visit the main beaches etc which were excellent and Kissamos which is good. The photos are very accurate but it’s better in real life

Die Villa liegt wunderschön in einer Sackgasse am Berg des kleinen Örtchens Armenoi. Alles ist prima gepflegt, sauber und stimmungsvoll. Alle Sanitärfunktionen sind sehr gut in Schuss, die Küche gut incl. Spülmaschine ausgestattet und die Schlafbereiche gepflegt. Der Grill hat tadellos funktioniert und Kohle und Anzünder lagen bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Elina war toll, sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ein PKW ist unverzichtbar, wenn man mal ans Meer möchte ( 8 min. Fahrzeit nach Kalyves ). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und somit auch besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

This is my family’s second time staying with casa magnolia and believe me when I say you really will not find a more generous, loving, and friendly family who genuinely care about your comfort and want to show you the beautiful hospitality that Crete is known for. We were overjoyed to see them again and are very thankful that this family has chosen to share their little paradise on earth with the world. The home is spotless clean, organized, beautifully decorated and in a countryside location that is unique and breathtaking. The owners, without asking, went out of their way to buy us essential groceries and prepare delicious local food and drink for when we arrived. We are grateful for this! Bed linens are of high quality and freshly laundered professionally and were much appreciated after a long day out and about in Chania. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean and so is the rest of the house. We will never hesitate to visit again and hope to do so in future because of this family. ❤

Labyrinth is a lovely cottage. Huge bonus- the private garden area. Definitely hire a car as the way to the beach takes about 15 mins walk on the main road and it’s uphill on the way back. Also, with car it will be much easier to go around and find places to eat. There are plenty of lovely tavernas around. We liked Labyrinth and Ioanna as a host. She was very respectful of our privacy and super quick to respond to our inquiries. We had a great time! Thank you very much Ioanna.

Sifis est est un hôte absolument exceptionnel : proactif, de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans les environs, où bien manger et en plus super sympa :-) Il est très réactif, nous nous écrivions régulièrement. Le logement était impeccable en terme de propreté et il ne manquant de rien, ce qui est très appréciable. Le jardin est magnifique et la vue sublime. Il s'agit de la meilleure expérience AirBnb que nous avons pu avoir à ce jour. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible au regard de la qualité du logement et de l'hôte. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus im Olivenhain mit Blick auf die Berge!!! Das Haus war blitzsauber, alles was reichlich vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit Lombros war super!!! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hochwertig möbliert und mit vielen praktischen Details ausgestattet!!! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der wunderbare Pool ein Highlight!!! Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen!!! Danke an Lombros und Familie für diese stille Oase!!!

The place is just amazing, it is actually better than in the pictures. The outside space is great, you have gorgeous sea views and a nice garden - sun, shade, whatever you like. The garden includes an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and an additional washing machine/toilet area. Inside is great as well. It has been so well planned, that there is not one unneccesarry piece of furniture/equipment and at the same time it had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Every piece od furniture is carefully selected, as it absolutely everything in the house. The esthetics really stroke a cord with me. I loved being there, miss those breakfasts or afternoons - soaking up the views - in the garden. Irene, who welcomed us, was very kind and forthcoming. Great place, truly recommended.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Die Strasse war leider etwas laut und näher, als ich gedacht hatte... Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der wir bisher waren! Das kleine Haus ist abgelegen, komplette Ruhe & entschleunigung! Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen, die Terrasse unterm Haus lädt dazu ein in der Sonne zu liegen, zu lesen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Der Ausblick ist grandios, sogar vom Bett aus. Der Weg ist abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven mit dem Auto - extrem steil und eher für Geländewagen, wir haben es aber hingekriegt auch mit einem kleinen Mietwagen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles was man braucht ist da. Nach Mochlos ist es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten! Sehr empfehlenswert für alle die Ruhe suchen!

Nous avons passé un séjour magique, même s’il était bien trop court (seulement 3 jours) ! La maison est charmante, le village plein de caractère et les alentours sont magnifiques. Dès la première soirée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et très agréable — nous avons eu de beaux échanges. Les habitants sont adorables, ouverts et bienveillants. Un immense merci à nos hôtes pour leur générosité, leurs conseils, le raki, l’huile d’olive… et surtout à Nikolaos pour sa bienveillance ! Nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce lieu et c’est certain, nous reviendrons. Je vous invite vivement à réserver vous ne le regretterez pas.

I’ve just had a fantastic 3 week stay at Alexandros Luxury House, and I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic place. The location is idyllic, rustic with a beautiful coast line, a lovely restaurant and beach with a cafe in walking distance. The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, it’s immaculately clean and even nicer than the pictures. The bedrooms are comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. During my stay the grandmother cooked for me, which was so special, not to mention delicious! I will definitely be going back.

Dimitris a été très réactif lors de nos communications. Le logement est conforme à la description. Secteur très paisible et très calme. Je recommande.

Ein wunderbarer Ort direkt am Meer, manchmal ein paar Fischerboote oder Badegäste, manchmal stundenlang niemand, tolle schwimm Möglichkeit und zwei gemütliche Tavernen, 0, 2 und 1,3 km entfernt. Unbezahlbar der Schatten durch die Bäume auf der Terrasse. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und Frau Rodo.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, für diejenigen die es etwas ruhiger mögen. Die umliegenden Strände waren im Juni nahezu menschenleer. Das Haus ist einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet, ein paar Basics (Salz, Zucker, Klopapier) haben wir nachgekauft. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Ein sehr entspannter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het was geweldig! We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, vooral dankzij het fijne huis met een prachtig terras en schitterend uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het bed is goed en comfortabel – voor ons heel belangrijk, want we zijn 1.80 en 1.85 lang. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. George is werkelijk de beste host die je je kunt wensen. Hij reageert direct als je vragen hebt en kwam zelfs langs met een overheerlijke zelfgemaakte cake, lokale lekkernijen en verse producten. Uiteraard vroeg hij van tevoren of het uitkwam – heel attent! We waren vaak op pad, want de omgeving heeft ontzettend veel te bieden. Ook Sitia is een leuke plaats, met gezellige restaurants en een strand dichtbij. Kortom: het was echt een topvakantie. We hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker terug. Dank je wel George en Pantelis voor de goede zorgen!

Het huis van Katherina is fantastisch en wij voelden ons meer dan welkom bij deze ontzettend lieve gastvrouw. Alles in het huis is onberispelijk schoon en kwalitatief hoogwaardig afgewerkt. Men kan in een oogopslag zien dat het huis door een architect ontworpen is. Katherina houdt van bloemen en planten en heeft om het huis een mooie tuin gecreëerd die zij liefdevol verzorgt. En zo zorgt zij ook voor haar gasten. Wij werden steeds weer met fruit uit eigen tuin en zelfgemaakte lekkernijen verwend. Bedankt Katharina!!!

Das Apartment liegt - wie der Name schon sagt inmitten von Olivenbäumen und sehr ruhig, jedoch mit guter Anbindung (10min zu Fuß) ins lebhafte Zentrum von Agia Galini. Das Apartment ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns in Stefanies & Zacharias schöner Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt!

What a lovely place to stay. We were met by Petros, who met us and showed us where we needed to park. Communication through phone made this a very smooth process and Marianna was very responsive. The place is just lovely, has everything you need including UK power adapters which was really useful. Amenities all functioned well, good Aircon and kitchen amenities. The pool was also lovely and the roof terrace is a lovely place to be, watch the world go by and listen to church bells. Short walk to 2 local tavernas, where we ate lamb and spoke to the farmer who farmer it. Great value accommodation, will hopefully come again

We loved our stay at Konstantina’s. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and feels really peaceful and secluded, but it’s still an easy drive to the beaches and to Kissamos. The space itself is spotless, full of character, and has everything you need. It strikes the perfect balance—modern comfort with a traditional, authentic feel. Even during the hot days, the house stayed cool, and there’s AC if you want it. That said, the real standout was Konstantina and her husband. They were incredibly kind and generous—Konstantina was always available, thoughtful, and welcoming. Her care and attention made the experience feel truly special, and the little gifts she left us were such a sweet touch. Highly recommend this place. Just a heads-up: the Airbnb map doesn’t show the exact location, so wait for her message with the correct link before heading out.
