My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

What a beautiful place! Artemis was a lovely host. Met us at the door and showed us around her place, which was so well equipped, just like you're at home, with little touches like a bottle of wine, chocolates, Raki, butter, honey and crisp breads. Artemis was helpful with lots of recommendations for beaches and restaurants, as well where the upcoming social events where taking place. Nothing we asked was too much of a problem. She is super responsive, and very friendly. The place was super clean, and close walking distance to the beach, restaurants in Nea Xora, and a 10 minute walk to the main town, with awesome shopping. Such a wonderful stay, and we can't thank Artemis enough. We hope to be back one day. Thank you Artemis!!! Na se kala!

I am very grateful to Maria ( this is the mother of the owner) is a very devout, very pleasant person - always when she needs to be on the spot and ready to help. The apartment corresponds to the photos - you need to cross the road to the beach for 20 seconds from the property. I very rarely write reviews, but this time my family is happy and we are grateful for this holiday to the owners!!!!

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

Evi’s place is spacious, well-equipped for families, and the bed was super comfortable! The garden was a hit with the kids who would play there every morning while we had our morning coffee outside. We had everything we need from beach towels, beach toys, a baby high chair, baby toilet seat, mosquito repellent, and more..! Evi is a great host and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, like helping us find a taverna that delivered late on the night of our arrival, or bringing us some homemade kalitsounia. We really appreciate the hospitality and would come back anytime!

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

Phaedra - Vacation house with private pool in Koun

The Villa is perfect! Very clean, very well equipped, mosquito nets to all the windows, air conditioning in the whole house. Appliances level too. In short, no complaints! If the location next to the airport can disturb any time there are no planes and the noise is more than bearable, no worries on that side either! Frosso our host is very available, responsive, she gave us good addresses in the region!
