In 2025, the floors of the public area was replaced. Suite has 10 feet High Ceiling, Warm in winter and cool in summer. One driveway parking space, If Park on the roadside also okay. My house is very perfect. It was less than 20mins drive to downtown, the Washington State Ferries terminal, the airport, and Butchart Gardens. The place was in a really nice neighbourhood with street parking, and the place is huge!
