House vacation rentals in Cowichan Valley

Joy and Chris were great hosts. thoughtful and flexible with our travel. the suite is clean and fully stocked with everything you need! there's a BBQ and good parking next to the entrance. we will for sure come back next time we need a spot for nanaimo.

We absolutely loved staying at Angela's gorgeous home. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and also gather for social time. The home is beautiful, and the garden and outdoor areas are amazing. We were visiting in the spring and the forest was alive with the sounds of birds and even frogs in the evening. Being out in the countryside, the night sky was filled with stars!

Great Stay! Beautiful property and wonderful place to relax

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful location and property. It exceeded my expectations! The host was friendly and helpful, the house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay, and the area was gorgeous.

The place is wonderful, we enjoyed the decks and the hot tub and visiting in the space. The pool table was a big hit with our family! One piece of feedback is there were no chairs for sitting outside on the decks or near the pool or hot tub. We speculated it was because of the time of year (April) and the outdoor furniture was perhaps packed up for winter time still. That is the only feedback though. Thank you for allowing us the use of the space it was perfect for our needs.

The terrific kitchen/appliances even improved my cooking! Parking is off the road so it is important to refer to instructions, but it therefore has very safe, ample parking and privacy. It is well set up for large gatherings, retreats, gourmet cooking classes, etc, with kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. Has wonderful panoramic views of lake — changing light, scullers and crew boats.

Second time I have stay at Lilies and it won't be the last. Very Zen. Nice and quiet and it was a perfect location for me. Even though you are super close to the hub of Goldstream Village Lily's property is treed lot with lots of song birds in the morning and a deck with table and chairs right out your door to enjoy a morning coffee and listen to the songbirds. Cozy quaint studio including a comfortable queen bed. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our needs and located in a fantastic neighborhood! The host has an amazing green thumb, so many beautiful plants and a garden fills the back yard. The view off the back deck is amazing! The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautifully updated, spotless, and had an incredible view that made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was great, and we loved how comfortable and well-maintained everything was. The only minor downside was that the units aren’t very soundproof, but since we rented both, it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Victoria & Christina’s place was convenient, comfortable, clean, and private. They were very responsive in communications. We appreciated the small and thoughtful touches for our stay. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Peter's place was perfect for our three nights on Galiano with our dogs. The house was comfortable and the view was exceptional! We had perfect weather to enjoy the patio and veranda, and it was a great base from which to explore the island. The location on Montague Harbour provided ready access to the Provincial park and we also travelled to several other locations for hikes and beach adventures. Larry welcomed us when we arrived and was available to answer questions as needed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Galiano.

There are very few Airbnb hosts like William who genuinely care about their guests experience and are willing to be accommodating when things don’t quite go to plan. The house and location are picture perfect but it’s the host that always makes it worth coming back which we definitely will!

We had a fantastic stay at Marlena’s place. The home is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared - we especially enjoyed the ping pong table, the lovely welcome basket, and the relaxing hot tub. The surrounding area and nearby beaches are serene and stunning. Thank you, Marlena, for such a wonderful and memorable visit!

Highly impressed with host Zoe. Space in the house was utilized well. The house is desist for two private bedrooms. The patio room can be used as a sleeping area, but is the only access to the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the use of the house. Zoe is always on top of communication. Lovely home. Sparkling clean. Excellent stocked kitchen. We all loved the espresso machine with beans provided. The heated deck and comfortable furniture was the best feature. We also loved the view and all the birds. The area around the house is not walkable though. It sits on a very busy road with no sidewalk. We couldn't walk our grandson around in his stroller. All in all a good home. Would book again. 😉

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's. She was responsive to any queries and made it easy! The kitchen was well stocked with a good supply of staples ~ which is always helpful when staying a few days.

Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

Stunning views, very quiet and nicely secluded. Perfect for watching marine life, we saw seals, sea lion, porpoises and lots of birds. Nice cabin style home, very comfortable.

We met my husband's parents in Victoria for a visit, and it was so lovely. The place was exactly what we needed, and Steven was very responsive. Nice to have a peaceful spot for us all to hang out and connect.

Their home is well equipped with a great kitchen and layout. We have a one year old and it was easy to keep him safe. He especially enjoyed the outdoor area along with the host-provided outdoor toys. Their younger son brought out additional toys once they saw him playing outside. Very kind and thoughtful family and we would definitely recommend.

Kurt and Anette's house was great for us. The location is very convenient and only a few minutes away from the ferry from Vancouver. It is on a scenic and quiet drive in the woods that is very pleasant to walk. BC-17 is only a mile away and we could get to downtown Victoria in about 25 minutes. To visit the Butchart Gardens we took a more scenic route by the water for about 20 minutes. We had three bedrooms upstairs available to us a large living-room downstairs + kitchen with all appliances. The beds were exactly as described, we were a party of six, but had room for 8. Extra towels and linen were also available. There's a deck outside with a grill and a full laundry room. Two of the bedrooms have an extra small window that didn't have a blind and the morning light was too bright. Kurt was very responsive over text and he bought and installed new blinds in a few hours when were away, which was great! There're two TVs downstairs with streaming and Wi-Fi coverage is great!
