Condo vacation rentals in Cowichan Valley

Port Renfrew is a great place to take the family. Halibut Hideaway was just as described, clean and well kept. All the amenities we needed were provided and in good shape. One rule about talking garbage to the dump wasn’t known prior to arriving and we found out the local dump where we were instructed to put the garbage was only open until 2pm the prior day. Either do all your cleaning really early or you’ll have to pack a bunch of smelly garbage into your car to comply like we did.

We’ve stayed at the Inn Of the Sea many time and been lucky to stay at both of Tammy’s condos. We come and go from the area all the time for work and it’s hard to go back to a hotel after discovering the condos.

My girlfriend and I chose Denise’s condo for a girls weekend get away. The location is absolutely stunning and SO peaceful. The condo was well stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Denise was friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions. Excellent value for a beautiful property. Thank you Denise, we will definitely be back!!

Kirstin was a great host. They had great communication, everything was clean and exactly as described. They even provided a high chair and pack and play which was extremely helpful when travelling a little one. The home was spacious and within walking distance to many great spots. It was the perfect place for my families weekend getaway to Ladysmith. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Conveniently located and overlooking the water, the apartment was very well appointed, clean and very cozy. On a cold evening, we enjoyed warming our feet by the outside fireplace. We’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in Port Renfrew.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for something quiet and comfortable and this certainly met our expectations. It’s is secluded but only about 10-15min drove from Duncan. My only recommendation would be to keep some cards/board games for guest to use as there is not much in the immediate area for activities. Side note: visited “Just Jake’s” restaurant while we were in Duncan and it was really good pub fare. Recommend adding it to your itinerary!

The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Beautiful property. walking the beach, swimming at the pool, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation were wonderful. (as described, spacious.) Hope to go again. Thank you Pat for the games and Beautiful kitchen, bedrooms ect.

Loved staying in this beautiful area. The pool and hot tub right next to the ocean were the cherry on top. Tammy’s place was very clean. Felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve been to. Her instructions were crystal clear and we had zero issues accessing the condo and the amenities. Our only feedback; we were missing our creamer in the morning for our coffee. There’s a chance it was there but we didn’t find it! Other than that, we loved it and highly recommend!

Enjoyed this beautiful condo on the ocean, quiet and relaxing setting, the perfect place to unwind. The surroundings, pool, hot tub and wandering the waterfront were the hilight for us. Terry’s condo had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. We’ll be back!

This was one of the best stays in our lives. The place, the views, the feelings was something out of ordinary. We loved the place from the very first moment we found it on the Internet and loved it even more when we arrived there. I would definitely recommend this place and would really like to go back there as soon as we plan another vacation.

This place was very nice, my kids and I enjoyed it so much. The beds were comfy, and the location was amazing. The only issue was, I booked because it was self check in, and I stated in my booking request message that my kids and I were in town for a ceremony, and we were gonna use the place to rest. The host called me once and I let them know I was in a ceremony and could not take calls. They then called me 5 times after I stated I was busy and in ceremony, their response was “the owner is concerned because you only booked one night”. They treated me like I was suspicious. They then emailed me, texted me, and messaged me on the Airbnb app, still after I stated I was busy.

What a great spot! The view is amazing. The house is set up well and the kitchen is well equipped. Denise was quick to respond!

We had a lovely time staying in Tammy’s home. It was really clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. She is very responsive and we were able to check in a bit early on our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and there is a lovely view of the water from the patio. We would definitely stay here again! The resort has a tennis court, lots of grills, one campfire pit, dock for crabbing or boats, beach for clamming. The property is very well kept. Thanks again Tammy for such a lovely stay!

We so enjoyed our time at Dennis’s place. Such a beautiful view from the big windows in the living room and out on the patio and from the upstairs bedroom. Our kids loved the kids play area with play structures, and the pool and hot tub were so nice on the water. Such a peaceful, beautiful spot.

Wonderful and relaxing. Karen's suite was perfect for me with an amazing view. The decor and inside renovations are bright and stylish. Everything you need was available in the kitchen for simple meals. The patio looking out over the water was spectacular. Eagles, loons, halaquin ducks, harbor seals, sea lions and a family of sea otters all could be seen from the patio! What a treat! I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay, Karen!
