Monthly Rentals in Coward

This small apartment was just perfect for our short stay in Florence. It was easy to find, and the instructions for how to get in were simple and clear. The AC worked well, which was very appreciated as there was a bit of a heat wave for most of our stay. And the in-freezer ice maker was a pleasant surprise! Ross was also fantastic at responding quickly when we had questions or needs. I would gladly stay here again. One fun surprise, though. If there's a good amount of rain in the forecast, don't park right outside the apartment, unless you enjoy really getting your feet wet! That was a fun challenge our last night there, as water in that part of the parking lot got to a couple of inches deep.

The home was beautiful and inviting. The large yard was peaceful and the neighborhood was perfect. I loved our stay and I believe everyone who stays will also feel the same way. Also, the neighbors are super sweet.

Second year in a row staying here and will be coming back. This place is heaven and home all in one. It was clean, the scenery was gorgeous, and it was secluded. Just Perfect.

Very suitable for the single traveler looking for a nice safe and secure place to spend the night.
