Such a stunning tranquil location. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything needed for the four night stay we had but equally for a longer stay. Fitted to a high standard. Great communication from Nicola. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Accommodation without great pretensions, but I had a pretty clear idea of ​​where I would stay, so no surprises. To improve the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs... it is not a problem for me but it may be for others. Clean and comfortable beds, clean and soft towels with a certain smell of fried food... Fantastic bar and restaurant, good and abundant food. Large terrace and parking, it is in the center of the town, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I stayed during Tanks Trucks and Firepower, so I only needed a place to sleep, having that clear I would not mind repeating if necessary.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Robert is an excellent host who responded promptly. I had to work late on my first day and Robert arranged a flexible check in. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, small fridge in room and convenient microwave in common room next door. En suite shower and toilet very convenient. Highly recommended

very happy returning to Vik's yurt - to be in the middle of a big city, yet in a totally peaceful spot with birds in the trees and greenery all around, it's a great gift! to arrive to a chat and a cuppa, and later an early dinner is a bonus - and to be dropped off at the MAC for my gig, a double bonus - near enough to walk home afterwards. If that's the kind of place you like, you'll be as happy as me ( and that's happy!)

Amy's accommodation was within walking distance of all amenities as well as Edgbaston Cricket Ground where we watched England v West Indies. The Coach House offered us everything we needed as well as a very quiet location and our sleep was undisturbed.

Unbelievably close to Birmingham Airport and the NEC and yet you feel a world away at Camilla's beautiful & peaceful old farm house and stables. Welcoming atmosphere, lovely hot water, superb breakfast, could not ask for anything more.

Amjid kindly allowed us to book in early. Idreece greeted us & was friendly & welcoming. Situated in a quiet residential area, but within walking distance of the village centre, the accommodation is a separate annex allowing privacy. It is spacious, light & airy, clean & comfortable & looks on to a pretty, well kept garden. There is secure off street parking covered by CCTV. Would recommend & hope to stay again when we next visit.

Our stay at the Garden Annex was great, we were able to come and go easily and see the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our time, we will be back next time we are visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Compact but everything that you need for a lovely stay. Wee extras were a bonus, breakfast cereal, milk, orange juice, it just added to the experience.

Lovely stay at Adam and Cate's - spotless, comfortable and with everything you need for a weekend. Very peaceful bar some noise Friday evening, but that ended by 9 and is to be expected when staying in an annex. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay, very peaceful and quiet which is just what you need when staying for work. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the facilities, and everything was of a lovely quality. Having a small private courtyard area to relax outside was also greatly appreciated after a hard days' work - thank you!

Paul and Nicky were amazing. Super helpful, even let our friends from the area come look at the place before we got here. I messed up and booked too short of a stay and they were flexible enough to allow us to stay an extra day.

The Airbnb is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lottie added some really nice touches like homemade gin, cordial and cookies as well as some soft drinks and milk in the fridge. We also really appreciated the children’s toys and books inside as well as the playhouse, swing and trampoline outside, which kept our little ones entertained.

Sarah's place is absolutely beautiful, and a really cosy peaceful home away from home. I made the booking for myself and my cousin & her partner as we were travelling to the area for a family get together, and it did not disappoint! Sarah was really communicative, helpful and came to meet everyone on check in, and her dogs are lovely. Highly recommend, and I'd definitely love to book again!

a gorgeous outbuilding full of character and comfort. there are a great selection of games and things to do within the property including a hot tub. everywhere was spotless when we arrived, and we were welcomed by the host who was friendly and helpful. a great and comfortable stay in a lovely village.

Beautifully kitted out was home from home. Kerry & her husband were super friendly they look forward to the business. Superb location for Solihull, Birmingham & surrounding areas, not far from the Stratford upon Avon so great spot. The little pad had everything you need for your stay. Great heating& washer dryer perfect if you’ve been out for walks in the rain or a long day out in the winter. Would highly recommend this air b & b the perfect get away for a single person or couple.

Would highly recommend and stay again, was a very comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Kevin and family were very friendly and helpful hosts, always responsive to messages and made us feel like they were available if we needed anything. That's not to say they were always around, other than introducing themselves when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left they left us alone to enjoy our weekend, just checking in by message to check if all was OK. A perfect balance of being available but not having us feel like we were in somebody else's house with them. Parking was also very easy and convenient.

A beautiful and welcoming home away from home. Michelle is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. From providing tea and biscuits when we arrived, to providing recommendations on places to eat at, and even to letting hubby sit in her brand new car (because he’s a car nut!!!). Loved it and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to pubs, shops and everything xxx

This place is worth every single penny. The service that we got there was phenomenal, especially because our first Airbnb let us down very late in the day and this one stepped up stepped in and then knocked it out of the park. Chambers and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to stay. We couldn’t have asked for a bit of service and night sleep and a great time at this Airbnb. I will be going back to this one. I’m sure that’s thrown out a lot by people. But I will be going back to this one. If this is trivago would be given five stars but we’re not. This is getting 10 stars.

Host and her husband were great and very accommodating and happy to answer any questions, great communication. Home was clean and had everything we could have asked for, ironing board, shower wash, breakfast, condiments etc. Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and the host helped us out with details of local taxi companies
