I came to find a base from which to explore Leicester and attend a couple of performances at De Montfort Hall. The house feels like a traditional guest house, and I was made welcome by Hannah's father on arrival. The decor and furnishings reminded me I was in someone's home and I felt safe and welcome and wasn't ever disturbed by other guests. My single room was comfortable and clean and having an en suite bathroom helped me relax and feel at home. The house is in a leafy street that shows off the harmonious integration of local communities, near to a convenient 24 hour mini supermarket, and there are picturesque walks into the city or alongside the River Soar nearby. A lovely cat welcomed me in the hallway as I was coming and going. If returning to Leicester I'll definitely see if I can stay again at this warm and welcoming home.

Friendly, helpful hosts, plus 2 lovely dogs and a cat! Location was great, with amenities, including restaurants, shops and 2 big parks within walking distance. Although the loft room was not available due to being renovated, Siobhan let me know well in advance. I was given another room instead which was conveniently next to the bathroom.

I had a nice stay at Siobhan's place in Kings Heath. The area is peaceful, but very close to the main street in KH with restaurants, cafes etc. Siobhan was very friendly and flexible with check in and greeted me with her two beautiful dogs (and there's also a gorgeous cat). The house is clean and comfortable and I would stay again. Recommended!

Mirren’s place, is a wonderful place to stay to explore Stratford Upon Avon. You are able to walk to most places. It has a lovely garden to sit in and is a light and open house. It also has the best shower pressure in a shower that we have come across on our trip around the UK. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Just had 2 days at Margaret’s amazing house. Situated in a perfect place , just park the car and walk into town centre within 5 minutes to all the great pubs restaurants and the river. The house is ideal for 2 couples, spacious and really well decorated and clean. Like a home from home and the extra downstairs loo is a bonus. Margaret was so lovely and accommodating we will definitely stay again and recommend the house for anyone wanting to see this beautiful town.

We were going to a gig at the Utilita Arena and it was about a 10 minute walk. As were lots of restaurants, bars and amenities. The apartment had everything we needed for an overnight stay and 6 of us stayed her comfortably. The staff were proactive and very helpful, giving us all the information ahead of time which made check-in/check-out very straightforward.

Sheikh's place was fantastic for our needs. 2 couples and a single staying the weekend for an an event at NEC. Clean, tidy and fantastically maintained. the three double beds were comfortable and the living areas were superb

The accommodation is absolutely fantastic. Me and my wife felt at home from home. All the facilities you would get in a luxury accommodation are available to use. Cosy, comfortable and relaxing are just some of the words I would use to describe. Dotun the host has been an absolute star, his communication and round the clock support has been superb. Neighbours are very helpful and pleasant. I would say both the acoomodation and the host Dotun are an asset for Airbnb. Highly recommended. 5 stars for accommodation and 5 stars for the host!

Really enjoyed staying at the house, lovely private location felt safe and secure in gated community close to everything. We enjoyed the courtyard and cooked a couple of evenings. We found everything we needed to hand and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay. Sharon was very helpful and responsive and made our stay enjoyable and was flexible about check in and out.

House in English Townhouse. Worth the price we paid. The host was nice and always responded within a few minutes.

Lovely property in a central location in Leamington Spa. Close to shops, restaurants and the station. The property has lots of space, three double bedrooms and lovely clean linen and hot showers. The communal areas downstairs were a little chilly, but the outside temperature had dropped so that could be why, and this is an old property. Heating upstairs was Ok. Sian was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect for our needs for a weekend in Leamington Spa

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristy’s place. The property was less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, but was in a nice and quiet location, so we had the best of both worlds. Inside, the house was very comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen. Kristy was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay, and helpfully registered our car for the parking permit which was very kind of her. I would happily stay at Kristy’s place again if we returned to Stratford again in future, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant host and Excellent accommodation

We had a great stay at Graces place! The home itself was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was spotless & the apartment was well appointed. Grace was proactive in messaging us in advance of our arrival, super responsive & very helpful. Check in & out were easy. The area itself was a bit less desirable, but we felt safe & comfortable in the secluded street that the house was positioned in. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Great location, clean home and had everything we needed. Parking space was a little tight as a van parks next it and we had to knock doors to ask them to move to get out, but did not affect the stay. Would recommend 😊

Helen and her beautiful home were a highlight of our trip! Helen was so helpful in getting ourselves settled into her home. She reached out ahead of time with information about parking and local places to go. The house was so lovely! So comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so welcoming. She had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. She was just a delight to communicate with! The home is located close to many local highlights. The view of Trinity Church is pretty amazing as you walk towards town. The home is so comfortable and has the most lovely patio to spend the morning. The weather was a bit rainy when we were there, but if it were a bit warmer we would have loved to have a BBQ out on the patio. I highly recommend staying here. If we are back in the area we would definitely like to stay there again!

Chris’s accommodation is perfectly situated for a stay in Stratford. It’s close to the attractions and many restaurants, but still feels homely and peaceful. The furnishings are very comfy, it is bright and airy and spotlessly clean, he provides everything you need to live home from home. If you’re travelling as a 2 couple party, there is the added benefit of having 2 double en suite bedrooms, so you all have your own privacy, along with parking for 2 cars, which is great if you’re travelling separately as we were. Chris was happy to give me local recommendations for restaurants for my birthday celebrations, I chose Loxleys and we had a great evening there! I highly recommend Chris’s place to anyone..
