Riverside Cottage

DawnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Catherine.....what can I say!!!! The cottage was fantastic an ideally located. My suprise 40th getaway for the wife was successful, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Many thanks for the cleanliness of the cottage, and all the amenities can't fault it, an I'm sure if it's available in the future we will be using it again. Many thanks once again

nice little cottage in rural setting. Charming atmospheric exterior with acceptable interior. no walks possible inside the large property but excellent public footpaths metres from the doorstep. very nice. Cleanliness not quite five star: the old nature of the house seems to encourage a bit of dust and cobwebs here and there. Nothing to be too worried about. Oven trays a bit offputting. Recommended for a country getaway.

Deluxe 5 star Cotswolds barn for 2 w/hot tub

RobertaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My stay at the Shooting Lodge was just what I needed for a peaceful, stress free getaway. Beautiful location, fantastic hosts and my pup Jessie loved her stay too. Would highly recommend for any of those career women out there who just need a weekend of peace and tranquility. The lodge was better than described, high quality and a home from home. The location is wonderful with lots of nice walks. I would definitely stay again alone or with friends. Thank you Anthony & Julia for a wonderful stay.

Character Self-contained Cottage

JacquelineRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the cottage - It was beautiful inside and out! William and Jane were exceptionally welcoming and their restaurant recommendations were fantastic- we ate very well 😊. Great location with beautiful gardens. We were within easy access to all the surrounding villages and restaurants. Our spaniel thoroughly enjoyed meeting and playing with Riva - it was lovely to see. It was an excellent holiday - we would definitely recommend.

Kenilworth cottage.....refurbished grade II listed

LisaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Lovely cosy cottage right in the middle of some wonderful pubs, restaurants & walks aswell as the castle. Everything in easy access. Teresa was most helpful & messaged to say we were allowed into the property early as it was cleaned & ready early due to no guests in on the day of our check in. This was greatly appreciated as were the dogs treats & ours left . We stayed for 4 nights & ran out of time to visit all the restaurants & pubs we wanted so will definitely have to return.

Stable Cottage in friendly Bidford on Avon.

NicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful hidden gem tucked behind the main house, along a gorgeous road and walking path. Quirky and artsy style, which we love! Super affordable, tiny, but mighty place! Stairs to the sleeping quarters may be scary for some, but we loved it, like having a fort, and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. Very friendly hosts live next door and make themselves available, as needed. Slightly weak wifi signal, but the forced unplugged time was appreciated 😅. Great place to rest after a day of adventures, or to just crack open a good book on the lovely patio with a cup of tea.

500 year old cottage in Stratford upon Avon

RoseRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We absolutely love stratford upon avon, so we decided to elope here. We needed somewhere with a garden for our sons dog and also walking distance into stratford. or at least a taxi that wouldn't break the bank. Also wanted something that would be photo genic for our wedding photos. this place ticked all the boxes. Even though we didn't cook or eat in the cottage ev erything you could possibly need was provided for. A stones through away from Ann hatherways cottage, which is well worth a visit. Also a five minute walk and you are at the local pub. where the staff were friendly. I would gladly use this cottage the next time we come to stratford upon avon

It was the perfect retreat we needed, and made extra fun and special by your gorgeous alpacas! Your property felt very new and luxurious, and everything is so clean! The bedding made us feel like royalty! The surrounding was private and peaceful! We felt very spoilt! Thank you so much for allowing our family to have this experience.

Barn conversion set in 30 acres of nature reserve.

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This lovely barn conversion and its grounds lived right up to the expectations set in the listing - and more! Jill was super friendly, flexible and communicative. Everything was spotless, well thought out and really enjoyable. The grounds are a standout. The location was central in the country so ideal for our family to converge. All in all it was the perfect spot for our family get together. We couldn’t fault it and our 3 separate family groups that visited all said we could happily live here. Hopefully we will be back again in another of our visits from Australia.

The Cottage, Byfield

CarmenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed here whilst attending the MotoGp at Silverstone, which was about a 30 minute drive away. The host was quick to respond and came across as very friendly. The house was clean and comfortable to stay in and great that the co-op was just down the road. My only negative feedback would be the TV is so small! I think maybe about 20”, so when we wanted to relax in the evening to watch TV, it wasn’t the easiest to watch. If you’re not bothered about a TV to watch then this cottage is a lovely place to stay.

Luxury barn conversion bordering the Cotswolds

Mike and Catherine very friendly, helpful and a pleasure talking with them. Herbie the spaniel was ready to come home with us but Mike intervened! Lots to see, Blenheim Palace and Rousham gardens. Excellent restaurants Edgehill, Blenheim, The Yurt and Deddington arms (best fish and chips ever!)........Our timing was perfect but I could not stay in hotter months without A/C. UK is definitely getting warmer. (My personal observation.) Thank you Mike and Catherine.
