La Homestay Bellevue est parfaitement exposée et jouit d’une splendide vue, du lever au coucher du soleil, sur la vallée de la Dronne. Le logement en plein air labellisé 3 *** , est situé au rez de jardin d'une maison contemporaine avec une entrée indépendante et accès au jardin. Le logement comporte une grande chambre avec salle de bain, une cuisine et une terrasse couverte et non couverte donnant sur le jardin. Un véritable nid tranquille, douillet et confortable. Logement sans salon , ni TV.

Located in a pretty Dordogne village, this converted barn is the perfect getaway for couples and single travellers. The bakery is a 2 min walk as is grocers, pharmacy, butcher and bar/restaurant. The popular destinations of Brantome and Aubeterre are an easy drive, as are the cities of Périgueux and Angoulême. Accommodation is an open-plan kitchen-sitting room and first floor bedroom with ensuite shower. Air-conditioning. Private south facing courtyard with storage. Not suitable for children.

Elle se situe au coeur d'un charmant petit village dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Datant du XVIIe siècle, elle mêle le charme de l'ancien (planchers chêne, cheminées...) au confort moderne et à la décoration actuelle. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre grange récemment rénovée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Dronne et le moulin du pont, d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnée, VTT, canoë, pêche à la ligne, promenade en barque, baignade... A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

Comme au 18ème siècle, ici tout respire la paix, l'harmonie et la beauté. Située en pleine nature, c’est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer et rayonner à la découverte de la superbe région Dordogne-Périgord. Nous avons converti cet ancien logis de la ferme en maison luxueuse.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
