Abzac: charming duplex 15 minutes from St. Emilion

Charming 40 m2 duplex with garage, located on the church square near Abzac Castle. Shops, river and promenade within walking distance. Very quiet. Coutras SNCF train station (trains 31 min from Bordeaux) is only 3 km away, as well as the nearest supermarket, and the A89 highway is 5 minutes away And by car, the beautiful city of Bergerac is 40 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the unmissable village of St Emilion and the beautiful city of Libourne. Linens and towels are not provided.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
