Totally true to the photos, great location. Practically right on the sand and with beach service. We had a few rainy days, and we used the structure for barbecuing and spending time with the family. It met our expectations and we will certainly come back more times !!

The location of the apartment is excellent!! It had all the amenities. It is located between the 6th and 7th posts. Very good security. There is a 24-hour supermarket below the building, which is very convenient. It had all the necessary items for cleaning. It has a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; electric oven and stove and a very good refrigerator, essential kitchen items. I recommend it

The apartment is excellent and we were super well received! The owner has left a welcome welcome! The place was very clean and smelly! The cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Super well equipped and decorated. The condominium itself has a great structure that can be used by everyone! In the two pools, towels are provided for on-site use. The location is also very good! 5 minutes walking to Capivari. We definitely plan to return.

The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

We stayed in the apartment in 2 families with one child each, and the space was very suitable. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, the apartment was clean, the beds were very good, with covers, as well as the pillows. The kitchen has plenty of quality items. We didn't miss anything. It has a good proximity to the sea, and the beach service is very good, with beach chairs and large gazebos and not just umbrellas.

Rafael is a distinguished host. Always very helpful and available. Your apartment complies to the letter with the ad. I recommend and intend to return more often. Riviera is a very clean and peaceful beach. I went with two children and we were all able to enjoy it a lot.

The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

Very nice house, spacious, with everything you need for a good stay. The condo is very complete and safe, it has 3 swimming pools, a gym and games for children. The house is one of the first, it is very close to the entrance and therefore a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was impeccable. The house is excellent, extremely clean, exactly as shown in the photos, very well-used space and daily cleaning of the pool. For those who like to escape the hustle and bustle, and a more reserved place, it is the perfect location (Moreira's corner). The house is even better than the pictures. Whenever we needed to ask any questions, both Marcel and the chair were super quick to get back to us. The house is super equipped with all possible utensils. Close to the beach and they even provide umbrellas and chairs in good condition for us to use. We loved it and would definitely stay at the house again!

I made a trip with my 4 aunts of 50,60,70,80 years old they were delighted with the house and place all very clean and organized well airy beaches around wonderful... not tenhos doque complaining about Amilton is a great host always catered and responded ... i look forward to returning now with my family who miss that place.... nota 1000.

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

Almost 1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay. I agree with all the reviews written by those who stayed there before us. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, and there are certainly others of the same nature. But someone like Alexandre, I don't think so. Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The Super Gentle Host. We really want to stay two more days, but it's already booked. hahaha Let's go back and recommend it for sure.
