This is the perfect house for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, with all the tranquility in the world.

Botanical Loft - Barra de Guaratiba

The Loft Botânico is a eucalyptus chalet in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. Decorated in an industrial style with handmade pieces. It has a mezzanine with a bed and bathroom with a hot tub. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and stove. It is equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses. In the living room there are two sofas that can be transformed into beds and a bathroom with shower. And most importantly, the sunset is amazing!

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your own meals.

Located in Serra da Mantiqueira, in a strategic location for sightseeing and 9 km from São Bento Center. Our space has a full kitchen and a deck in the outdoor area. The land is all surrounded by a wire fence. Within the same site, there is a chalet and the main house (where the hosts live), but all independent and distant from each other, maintaining the privacy of each location. We DO NOT provide any meals.
