Beachfront vacation rentals in Costa Verde

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I was looking for a special place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. And I couldn't have found a better place than Darius' house on Ilha Comprida. What an amazing place! The house is a delight, super equipped, the gardens well cared for, we can see how much love is put into every little piece of that place. And being there in isolation, just you and the sea, there are no words. The staff was super attentive, helped us carry our things on our arrival (and we brought a lot of food), Ninha came from far away just to prepare our breakfast. My oldest son was happy to find all the necessary structure to make the Neapolitan pizzas he makes so well. We were with our two children, a friend and a Norwegian couple, all of whom were extremely satisfied. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

I wanted to thank Mr. Bira, great house, super cozy, clean and organized. He was super attentive to me and my friends, we went to the nearby beach and he indicated other nice places. In addition to helping us, we had a car problem and even though he was far away, he was able to help us. God bless you and I intend to come back again and again. In addition, in the house there is the barbecue, wood-burning stove, you can even make pizza haha, wonderful house I really liked it.

The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.

I had already stayed 2 times at Gustavo Cobertura, in the same building, same tower, very , very good! This time, we are tb in the apartment of Flávia, which is experience apart. Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Flávia, it was a privilege to have stayed in your beautiful apartment, we will be back for sure. Besides, the condominium's employees are extremely kind, polite and proactive. PERFECT!!

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

The house is spacious and super airy. The beach and otima, calm and sandy for children to have fun. The people who assisted us in the house during the stay, Gracinha and Helena were of extreme care and attention. The condominium was quite agitated and with a lot of movement. We had a last week.

Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

This is our second time. This place is amazing, very confortable and spacious with an excellent view and easy access to different locations.

At first we received entertainment tips in the city, were flexible with chek-in and chek-out, left even an afternoon coffee prepared for us, extremely careful! It has a beach near the house, but it is a fishing beach, so we chose to go in others nearby (about 20 minutes drive away). About the house, everything was very clean and organized, Mara gave us instructions on how we should handle each item. The house has two bedrooms and both have air conditioning, fan and bathroom, the second bedroom has 4 bunk beds and does not have much space to put bags, but about the size we expected, in the photo of to get a sense. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, which is great for those who go in group. The garage coube 3 cars, but 2 were small, there was no room left for passage because there are some plants that get in the way. Overall, there are many leisure options! All quiet, it was very nice our stay. Attentive and concerned hosts about the well-being of the home.

The location and the view are just magnificent. Friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Best stay I've ever had in Ilhabela! Gustavo's house is impeccable! Privileged location (5-minute walk to the beach), markets, pharmacies, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Wonderful silence, where we only heard the birds in the morning. The house is extremely clean and complete. Gustavo is great! Super flexible and super willing to offer the best every day we were at his house. Gustavo, thank you for EVERYTHING again! We'll be back soon!

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

This house was stunning. Jaw dropped the second we walked in. Vivi and Lena were not only attentive, but so kind, and helpful. Lena (the chef) made FANTASTIC meals throughout the stay. Vivi made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us find a burger place for a late night meal. I would go back just to see them again, as well as to swim in the lovely ocean, of courae. Highly recommend this beautiful home. It exudes tranquility.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.
