The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated. In the house we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom; the kitchen is fully equipped, a table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air conditioning that cools the two bedrooms, fan.

The house is located by the sea, on Ilha do Araujo - Paraty R.J. The island of Araújo, is the second largest island of Paraty, which is 5 minutes by taxi boat from the mainland. The embarkation to the island is made at the pier of Praia Grande, a fishing village that is 10 km from the Trevo de Paraty on BR feeling Rio Km 565. The cars are located on the large Beach in private parking. It is forbidden to make a fire, as it is an environmental preservation area.

A casa fica no lado Sul da Ilha, em um bairro tranquilo, ideal para família. A casa é térrea com 3 suítes com ar condicionado. Em frente a casa temos um lago de carpas com uma varanda, logo na entrada uma ampla sala com 3 ambientes, todos com vista para o mar e com acesso a varanda gourmet. Contamos também com Smart TV, WI-FI, adega, cervejeira, chopeira, churrasqueira, piscina com borda infinita, academia com hidomassagem, escritório, jardim e garagem.

Cooking and cleaning service included, and shopping on land, for an extra fee of 500 reais per day, mandatory. Guest transfers and purchases included.
