There are 4 en-suites with ocean views and 1 en-suite without a view, all with air-conditioning. Living rooms with fireplace, dining room, games and built-in TV. Full and well-equipped kitchen. In front of us, it is not just the sea that we are 30 meters above sea level, we have a very broad view and descending in the middle of our garden, we reach our private beach. The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated . In the house, we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room; the kitchen is fully equipped, table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air-conditioning that air-conditiones the two bedrooms, fan.

The house is on the south side of the Island, in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for family. The house is a ground floor with 3 suites with air-conditioning, in addition to 1 independent external suite. In front of the house we have a pond of carp with a balcony, right at the entrance a large room with 3 environments, all with views of the sea and with access to a gourmet balcony. We also have Smart TV, WI-FI, winery, brewery, chopeira, barbecue, infinity pool, gym with hydromassage, office, garden and garage.

A wooden pier extends into clear green waters, bordered by lush tropical vegetation. A small covered seating area is visible at the end of the pier, providing a shaded spot to relax and enjoy views of the surrounding nature.

Our house is located on the island of Itacuruçá and is only an hour and a half from Rio de Janeiro. Spending the day at our private pier, or on the beach, diving, reading, sipping and socializing with friends and family is a delight! We are very close to Ilha Grande and Restinga de Marambaia. You can hire the services of our housekeepers for cleaning and preparing meals, as well as for speedboat rides. These services are not included in your daily rate.
