CASA FLORESTA (HOUSE 31) It is located facing the sea. In front of us there is no street, only the sea, because we are 30 meters above sea level, we have a very wide view and going down in the middle of our garden, you reach our private beach. The house is fully equipped, furnished and decorated. In the house we have 2 bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom; the kitchen is fully equipped, a table on the balcony and another table in the master bedroom, Smart TV, air conditioning that cools the two bedrooms, fan.

Casa Sobre o Mar is located on a beautiful 4,600 sq. meter plot, within a gated community that is 50 meters from the beach. With contemporary architecture, the entire house overlooks the ocean and has natural cross ventilation, as well as ample natural lighting. The Condominium has a 24-hour doorman and parking for the residents. Our house is about 200 meters from the entrance. The view from all the rooms is wonderful! The house is on the south side of the island, in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for families. The house is a single-story building with 3 air-conditioned en-suites. In front of the house we have a carp pond with a balcony, right at the entrance a large room with 3 environments, all with sea views and access to the gourmet balcony. We also have a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wine cellar, brewery, beer cooler, barbecue grill, infinity pool, gym with whirlpool, office, garden and garage.

The house is located by the sea, on Ilha do Araujo - Paraty R.J. The island of Araújo, is the second largest island of Paraty, which is 5 minutes by taxi boat from the mainland. The embarkation to the island is made at the pier of Praia Grande, a fishing village that is 10 km from the Trevo de Paraty on BR feeling Rio Km 565. The cars are located on the large Beach in private parking. It is forbidden to make a fire, as it is an environmental preservation area.
