Excellent place!! Beautiful surroundings, Patricia is the best loving host, willing to guide with excellent information, a beautiful place full of magic, the house is very well preserved, we will definitely be back

It was absolutely perfect! The listing does not do it justice. This is a boutique guest house in the perfect location to walk around, close to the beach and to the old town. You can tell they have great taste and class as everything was flawless. They provided us incredible recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area and we had one of the best meals of our lives at Banana de terra per Renan’s recommendation. We enjoyed the complimentary tea coffee and cake at 5pm too! Thank you for everything!

Our visit to Paraty was the highlight of our trip and this is mostly because of our stay at Carpe Diem. Kai and his team went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our honeymoon to the fullest. The setting and location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious (highly recommend the omelettes) and the room was cozy and comfortable (with a TV for that odd late sleep in). Kai took us on a boat ride to visit untouched islands, gave amazing food suggestions and used his local knowledge to ensure all our logistical needs were taken care of. We are so grateful that Carpe Diem was part of our experience and we look forward to being back!

I was extremely satisfied !!! The place is cinematic! The apartment we booked was exactly like the pictures and it was super clean and tidy! The support is a 10! I always ask for it! I highly recommend it!

Cecilia was very attentive, solicitous and helpful Very cozy apartment & modern decoration. New beds and pillows, sensational bathtub, heating in every apartment. Wonderful Apartment View. Fantastic duplex hotel with mountain view

Great house, according to the pictures. Good location. Recommend. A note: It's a room on the top and a sofa bed on the bottom.

André is just an amazing guy. Very good people. I said I was going to check in at 6pm, then I changed it to 8pm, then I ended up doing the 3am and he was awake to greet me. BOUTIQUE HOTEL CAMPOS DO JORDÃO

Excellent stay, the hotel has great food service, breakfast there is good (but paid separately). Heated pool and sauna also made it worth the reservation. Even though it is a more remote location, we were able to get from Uber to the hotel for all tours, always staying in the $12 range.

I just loved this place! Third time in Paraty and this place was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I received all the support from the beginning. Jaque is very attentive, giving all the instructions on how to get to the inn by WhatsApp. Arriving at the place, we were greeted by Anderson! Very nice people and very helpful. The impeccable place is beautiful. Comfortable bed, spacious room, everything clean and fragrant. It has an enviable service area! I already want to go back 😌
