Everything was wonderful! The house is otima, easy access to the beach. Ariane always responded immediately when I sent a message, very careful and attentive. I want to come back more often

The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

We were very happy in the 3 days we stayed in our stay. We were off-season (early April), and during the week. Extremely quiet beach, paradisiacal place, perfect for relaxing. The accommodations match the listing exactly. I would return easy!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

We spent wonderful days in the garden house, the house eh very good and corresponds exactly to the photos, all working, clean and airy. The view of the house is spectacular, having breakfast on the balcony, contemplating the sunset, it was sensational, outside the practicality of standing in the sand! As we were with a child, it made the logistics too easy. Fabi is very, very magnificent, and has taken care of everything we request. We will definitely return, we are very pleased and happy!"

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

New house, wonderful, very faithful to the photos. The house is very well equipped, with new and modern appliances, quality bedding and towels, perfect to accommodate people with quality and comfort. The outdoor area of the house has a very nice space with a swimming pool and barbecue area. The condominium in which it is located is great, with a fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sports court, beach tennis court, playground and in addition to some swimming pools scattered around the condominium. The condominium also offers beach service with chairs and a sun guard.

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

Our experience was incredible! The house was very clean, very consistent with the photos! Our group loved the Jacuzzi and everything the house offered. We will definitely return, it was very worth it. The caretaker Daniel who attended us was super polite and helpful. We only have compliments!

It was a very nice place, great privacy, super stylish architecture, comfortable beds and couch, silent place day and night. The host and co-hosts would communicate all the time. Very pro-active. I would go back there to this place.

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Marvellous stay. Márcio is extremely polite and attentive. He sent me all the guidelines before I even got in touch. When the house was available he immediately let us know and gave us the guidelines for access (too bad we got traffic and couldn't get in on time lol). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

I and my family LOVE space. Each corner of the house is super comfortable and welcoming. The location is great for those who want peace and quiet. The fact that we have the option of swimming pool and the beach very close (you can walk and it is quite empty) is a differential. About the functional part, the house is super equipped with full kitchen, two refrigerators, quality internet, TV, air conditioned in great condition and quality bedding. The Queila (employee) who helped us during the stay was WONDERFUL, well worth it. Finally, Érika has been with us all the time (from the first contact), answering us quickly by message and calls helping us with our questions and/or requests. I could also not forget the housekeeper Daniel who was there to welcome us in addition to taking care of the pool every day we stayed there. We are sure to be back soon. My family is grateful for the affection and attention with which we have been received.

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

We were me, my wife and our 9-month-old baby. The place is a paradise on earth; we have never been to such an amazing place. We were able to rest and at the same time have a lot of fun for our son. Mr. Francisco was very hospitable, he gave several important tips. The golden key is Rafael, he helped us in everything that was needed, he was willing to help us with what we needed. An exceptionally amazing person! We like the experience very much and look forward to coming back very soon!

The house is very well located and, in the hot weather, the air-conditioning and fans helped a lot! It is in front of Boicucanga beach, it is exactly as shown in the photos. It was a super nice stay, there were 6 people and my little dog, we all loved it!

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen. Oceanfront. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because you access it through the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Parties are held very close to the house, this can be a little annoying for people who are very sensitive to noise, in our case it was not particularly a problem since there is a back room with a private bathroom and double door where you can hardly hear anything. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila, the girl who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! A beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

Our stay at home was excellent! Place is clean, airy and well-maintained. The beach is simply beautiful and is close by. The house is well-equipped, with everything we need for comfortable and quiet days. Our family loved every moment.

Our stay was amazing! An ideal home for family moments, with spaces that provide these moments! We were in 20 people and 2 pets. The outdoor space was ideal for the dogs. The accommodations are comfortable offering everything that is necessary.High points: location ( it is very close to the beach which made it very easy because we were with 3 elderly family members; all dormitory suites with air conditioning; BBQ space and games provided great family moments.Enfim, a house with all the requirements for a great stay in a family and quiet beach.Nikolas and Renato super attentive.
