I was delighted with the space. Casa is located among the best beaches in the region, to go on foot ! Lots of shops nearby. It met the needs of my trip very well. Concerta will recommend to friends and will be back soon.

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

We had a great stay. The place is just like the photos, everything is super new and clean. Katia was sensational, the city was in chaos because of the holiday, and she was extremely necessary for us to enjoy it. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, super nice, I highly recommend her space.

Beautiful house, close to everything, the rooms very comfortable, super clean, and less than ten minutes from the beach. The house pool was very clean, very nice, hard to choose between staying in the pool and or going to the beach, the mother of Matheus very receptive and kind, Matheus was still very nice to give us a few more hours in the house, God bless and protect and always prosper this family.saude and peace. as soon as we can we will return for sure.

Great house and spacious yard for kids and dogs. Very good BBQ area table! Remember to bring repellent. A ceiling fan in the living room/ kitchen and barbecue area would be wonderful. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and all very clean. We love and I will definitely be back. There are beautiful beaches in São Sebastião, going by car is very close. I recommend :)

My stay was great! Dona Helena was super attentive and flexible, which made everything so much easier. The inn is charming, clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. And best of all, it's close to downtown! It was the first time I've been near this region, and I loved it! I'll definitely be back soon!

Excellent stay we had in Cunha. D. Hilda treated us very well. Super spacious house, very beautiful and cozy. Near the center of Cunha, with everything close by, market, bakery, drugstore, etc. Many interesting tours to do. I really liked it, I recommend it, and God willing, we'll be back soon.

A delightful place, 🥰 everything clean and organized, extremely comfortable and satisfying for a couple. Full kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning and fan, great shower and the outdoor area is very nice for a barbecue and lying in the hammock, even with the rain we enjoyed it a lot, we will definitely be back!

The holiday we spent was great, each one very spacious, we were in sixteen people, it was super quiet, the division of the rooms, three bathrooms, super accessible, the pool was great, the barbecue area was super nice, it exceeded our expectations, very cozy place

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

It was amazing and magical. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the host is extremely polite and respond quickly. Great apartment and met all my expectations. Only negative point, there is a lot of light drop, but the one that stayed the longest was 30min, it soon returned. Outside this I have nothing to complain about. Congratulations

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

the apartment is excellent better than in the photos everything very clean and organized, another positive point is an access that has inside the condominium that you already leave at the gate of the tenorio beach condominium facilitating a lot...my stay with my family was great...I recommend
