Very attentive host. Excellent, clean, has everything you need. There is a bus stop, but you have to switch buses to get to the subway, so if you have a car or a taxi, it's convenient. There is a playground and a swimming pool in the territory of the houses. The windows overlook the courtyard and is very quiet at night.

Comfortable and complete apartment, there are three internally connected condominiums in a quiet neighborhood. Very empathetic concierges, pool staff, ornament and warehouses. Marta was very concerned about our stay, she answered our questions quickly and accurately. I recommend the apartment to future guests.

The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

We are from Argentina, we stayed 8 days in the house. The house is very nice and comfortable, in a very safe area. The gentleman who cleaned the pool was very kind too, he kept it impeccable. Excellent and recommended! I would only recommend that the host add TVs in the rooms. Everything in the house is as promised. We would definitely go back on vacation there.

Beautiful accommodation, much nicer than the photos. The house is right in front of the beach in a condominium of a few houses, so it's almost a private beach. The sea water is warm and without waves, it looks like a pool! Highly recommended for children. The condominium also has a warm water pool with a beautiful ocean view. Ricardo was very friendly, always ready to answer everything and provide information. He has a boat that can be rented directly from him to go around the area, and Luis, the boat driver, is extremely friendly too. Wonderful place! We hope to go back!
