Family-friendly vacation rentals in Costa Nova

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

Wonderful. The stay was great. Very well-kept and quiet pools, quiet area, the cove is a sight. The house is great, with all the amenities and unbeatable views. We will definitely be back and we recommend it.

Wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. Fully equipped, nothing is missing, comfortable bed and everything is super clean and insect-free. I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

Álvar is very hospitable. The house is a 10, as shown in the photos, but once you are there, everything is much better. the jacuzzi and BBQ are great. Everything is very clean. The place is very nice... it's to be recommended and repeated.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

This place is unique and we loved it. We were 16 people of all ages and I must emphasise that the kitchen is well equipped so catering was easy. Also we loved the fact that there are 2 dining tables, one in and one out (the outside one has great views over Xabia). Most of the bedrooms are spacious which was welcomed. We all loved the pool area - the pool is well kept. We bought inflatables, and left them there in the hope that another family will enjoy them as much as our kids did! No credit to Gilles for the weather, but we were fortunate - it was perfect!! Many thanks.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! Vincent is a very responsive and nice host! He welcomed us to his place and explained everything. He was always easy to get in touch with during our stay. The house is just like the pictures, located in very cute neighborhood. The house is very well equipped.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We have had a wonderful family holiday in Jurg's property. The location is fantastic with views over the valley and out to sea; idillic for sitting on the veranda to enjoy a relaxing meal. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent there. The children and adults both really enjoyed the pool, which is maintained to a high standard and was cleaned twice during the week by the very friendly pool man. The gardens are beautiful and add to the serene, relaxing and private outdoor space. The house is a perfect base for exploring the area; however access to a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a trek into the town. There is a private parking area where the vehicle is kept cool under the vines. We would highly recommend this property if you are considering visiting the beautiful town of Denia, where there is so much to do and see. Thank-you Jurg for being a wonderful host.

Fantastic stay, great location, very clean and excellent value

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

A beautiful villa with 3 full double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Spacious garden with several seats, one is covered. Excellent swimming pool and spacious views, because it is located high up. Many amenities just a short drive away. However, provide a - by the way very sweet - cat, this was not included in the description.

Great little house, perfect for our needs. We spent three weeks there in Feb, working and enjoying not being in Wales for the winter. Loved the 10 minute walk to a lovely swimming beach, and excellent cycling everywhere. The house was quiet, comfy and as described. Thanks Alberto.

Everything was perfect, I would stay again without a doubt ! Moraira is a beautiful place, the house was super clean, it had everything we could need.

Sebastián was very helpfull, we felt right at home. The baby bed and seat we ready to use at arrival. The appartement was very clean and there were many extras (attributes for the pool/beach, tv audiosystem, coffee, welcome drink, etc). We had a great experience, if we'll be in Javea again we'd book the appartement again for sure!

Julia met us at the villa and was so helpful recommending restaurants, beaches places to visit.. it was my 60th birthday so a super special holiday, Julia had everything you could need, parasols for the beach, beach mats, buckets and spades for the kids, floats for the water. The outside space and the pool was incredible, my kids hired a chef to come in and cook for us one night and it was the best food Everything was spotlessly clean You will need a car to get around.. Julia is an amazing host would highly recommend ..
