Beautiful sea view location in a quiet area

Had a great time at this place. Everything was perfect: the location is ideal, the accommodation is clean and well-equipped, and the tenant is very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport with two very nearby bus stops. It is a small, well-kept apartment, which is well habitable for two. Depending on body size, the sleeping option can be a little small (at 198cm it slowly gets tight). The kitchen is well suited for cooking with the kitchen island, even if the stove is a little small. The balcony is cozy and you have a nice view of the Teide from there on a clear day. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Restaurants and bars are across the street, but they also make for a certain volume. The sea can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Otherwise, there is not too much going on in the area, so if you are looking for a small apartment to relax, this is the place.

My arrival at Kevin's apartment was great. I found (as on all days of my stay) a parking space near the entrance. Then I called - as agreed - Kevin and shortly afterwards I was picked up by his dad (Kevin did not return to the country until the following day). He was very kind to help me with my suitcase and then showed me everything in and around the apartment. There is a supermarket right in the neighboring house - so the supply of food is also very easy. I liked the cozy terrace and the view of the wonderful saltwater pool best!
