This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The luxurious, light-flooded villa "Tres Palmeras" is located in the private residential complex "Bellavista" on the Costa del Silencio in the south of Tenerife. On the almost 600 square meter property in the immediate vicinity of the beach, up to 10 guests can enjoy the sun by the pool, in the palm garden, on the terraces and the large roof terrace. Inside, designer furniture, two new kitchens, five individually designed bedrooms as well as 4 elegant bathrooms and two separate toilets provide plenty of comfort.

Banana plantation 2 bed House + Really Heated Pool

This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. A recent guest mentioned: "you can go and explore the banana plantation freely: its an unreal experience".

The balcony has a fantastic sea view. There are plenty of free parking spaces.
