Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Costa del Azahar

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans le logement de Juan. Il est situé à 2min à pied d'une petite plage familiale et autres criques accessibles à pied où nous avons pu nous adonner au snorkeling en famille. Nous avons également pu profité de l'agréable piscine de la maison entre deux baignades en mer. Calafat est une ville tranquille de la Costa Dorada essentiellement faite de maisons mais avec une petite épicerie et un restaurant tout de même, loin de l'agitation de la Costa Brava et ses grands immeubles, ce qui convenait totalement à ce que nous voulions. Nous avons tout de même passé une journée à visiter Barcelone (à 1h30) et bien sûr une journée à Port Aventura (30min). Les enfants étaient ravis. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire, y compris des ventilateurs dans les chambres au plafond, ce qui était bien appréciable la nuit.Juan était réactif et amical lors de nos communications et Ana, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, très sympathique. Fuimos a pasar un finde y hemos estado super bien, Jesús en todo momento muy atento y nos indicó tanto cómo llegar como todas las recomendaciones que podíamos hacer. En cuanto a la casa, hemos sido 15 y hemos cabido todos sin problema, una casa muy amplia y una terraza espectacular. La recomendamos mucho para una escapada y desconectar con familia o amigos.

Wir hatten so eine großartige Zeit! Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Die Casita ist klein, sehr gemütlich und liegt mitten im Paradies. Wenn die Sonne schien, war es wundervoll warm, die Kälte im Februar hat uns dann doch etwas zugesetzt, aber darauf muss man sich einstellen :) Ich habe mein Herz an Mitsy, der Hofkatze, verloren und habe die Hälfte der Zeit schmusend vorm Haus verbracht. (Drück sie ganz doll von mir) Wir sind so unendlich froh, dass wir dieses Juwel entdeckt haben! Es ist alles rudimentär ausgestattet, was für uns perfekt war, die Wanderwege sind leicht zu erschließen, und die Natur atemberaubend. Alle Menschen auf dem Hof waren so lieb und herzlich.

Una estancia excelente, un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito, con muchas opciones si te gusta el senderismo y/o la bici de montaña. La casa tiene todas la comodidades necesarias, y una terracita excelente para disfrutar ratitos de sol. Carlos muy atento. Si repetimos en la zona volveremos sin duda, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Adela war von der Buchung bis zu Ende des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und es wurde jede Frage sehr schnell beantwortet und Adela war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut geschnitten. Das Haus geht über 2 Etagen. Der Wohn-und Ess Bereich ist so groß, dass wir mit 8 Erwachsenen Gästen viel Platz hatten. Sehr großer und gepflegter Außenbereich mit einem tollen und sauberen Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es zu kalt war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Parkplatz im Hof Platz für mindestens drei Autos hat. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Liebe Adela, Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und deine Gastfreundschaft!

Estancia insuperable! El entorno precioso, un remanso de paz, y el alojamiento incluso mejor que en las fotos recomiendo 100%. Raul muy amable y atento.

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

La Marianne ha estat pendent en tot de nosaltres. Per les activitats que voliem fer estava molt ben situat i de fàcil accés. Ens hem trobat molt a gust.

El apartamento está fenomenal, es muy amplio y tiene de todo. El trato con Vasily ha sido perfecto, todo han sido facilidades por su parte y ha estado pendiente de complacer. Por poner algún "pero" , el acceso a al planta subterránea de garaje es bastante estrecha, pero con paciencia se puede guardar, yo accedí con una furgoneta . ¡Altamente recomendable!

La estancia ha sido muy agradable, Inma muy amable, en todo momento resolvia cualquier duda, teniamos preparado un desayuno rapido al llegar al apartamento, un monton de juegos para cualquier edad, muchos detalles para diversas necesidades ( mini cuna, trona, trineo, palas para la nieve etc…) no faltaba nada! Es el apartamento mas proximo a las pistas, a 10 min. Muchas gracias por todo! Hasta la proxima!

De communicatie met Manuel was perfect. Hij reageerde heel snel en was erg proactief. Het appartement is zeer ruim en heeft een grote keuken. De ligging van het appartement was prima als je graag naar het strand wilt. Het openbaar vervoer ligt om de hoek maar doet er lang over om in het centrum te komen. Als je met meer personen bent, is een taxi via de freenow app een goede oplossing of fietsen via valbisi. Als je de app van valbisi downloadt, kun je zien waar de dockx van de fietsen staan. Het centrum van Valencia is echt heel mooi en meerdere bezoekjes waard! Mocht je nog tijd over hebben, dan is het aan te raden om een auto te huren en naar Peñíscola te rijden. Echt heel mooi!

This was a great place to stay. The 1930s building had character. It was quiet, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet though the living area has period windows so could get a little noisy at rush hour or when bins are emptied but it's not a problem. The neighbourhood is mostly appartments of around five stories high but there are many small shops, bars and restaurants . The area had a village vibe in my opinion, very friendly. Local people were very understanding when it came to our very poor attempts at speaking Spanish. Most establishments had a staff member who could help in English. Only a couple of times did we have to resort to Google Translate and even then we turned it into a comical, fun exchange. It was good to be about 1km away from the old town as we got more of a genuine Spanish experience rather than the typical tourist stuff you get in the old town. We visisted the old town several times and it took around twenty five minutes walking. We will return

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.

Lovely lovely property - didn’t want to leave. Everything we needed and more. Lucia was a delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble - fabulous restaurant recommendations as well. We can’t wait to go back!!

pareja encantadora, siempre disponible ayudar o resolver dudas, casa preciosa, cómoda, limpia, nos hemos sentido como en casa, no nos ha faltado de nada. Hemos pasado unos días geniales!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Es precioso y tiene todas las comodidades. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila y próxima al casco antiguo. Damián fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Recomendado 100%!

Ein wunderbares Haus. Vier Pubertierende Jugendliche und ein Hund haben sich mit ihren Eltern gemeinsam sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde täglich geschwommen. Es gab genug Rückzugsraum, und für den Hund war es wunderbar, dass das Gelände komplett eingezäunt ist. Bei Nachfragen war Corinne sofort erreichbar und hat sehr charmant und zielführend weitergeholfen. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und absolut sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns bei jedem Wetter wohl gefühlt haben. In der verglasten Veranda kann Wind und januar Kühle wunderbar genossen werden. Dabei mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Die Räume sind einladend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, mit ausreichend und dekorativem Geschirr. Durch die 2 Ebenen gibt es gute Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben sehr gerne unsere Zeit in und um das Haus verbracht. Danke an Eelco und Ariane !

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

100% recomendable. Casa muy cómoda para 10 personas ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila a 20 minutos en coche del centro de Valencia. Oskar siempre atento a todos nuestros mensajes y necesidades.
