Hola, a five star rating is an understatement of this lovely apartment, located moments from the Mercado, restaurants, bars, and interesting shops and vendors. The well-appointed apartment was instantly welcoming, and included a well stocked pantry and goodies in the fridge. Yana is very nice, and ably answered all inquiries within moments. Yana is best host ever. Would like to return in the future for a longer stay. Thanks for facilitating a great time, Yana!

Ideal place to spend a few days getting to know the city. The accommodation is located near a wide variety of supermarkets and cafes and practically next to the city center. The main room and bathroom are very spacious and the street quite quiet. Both Miriam and Merche were aware that our stay was comfortable, giving us breakfast products and recommending restaurants and tourist places. We hope to repeat next year.

The apartment is a perfect base for a stay in València, right on the sea front and with great tram and bus connections into the centre of the city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a pleasant place to hang out. Luis is a fantastic host, meeting is to get us checked in, and proactively sending recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. He is very responsive, and during our time there Valencia experienced terrible flooding, during which time he checked in on us and gave us advice about staying safe. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Thanks Luis!

The apartment is fantastic. It has everything and Cristina welcomed us personally with many things in the fridge, food, toiletries, sweets, etc. It is located near the Joaquín Sorolla train station, less than a 10-minute walk. And one or two blocks from a subway station. But what surpasses everything is the attention and gift of Cristina's people. A WONDERFUL person. She always communicated with us, gave us directions of all kinds (about the apartment and the city) and came to say goodbye in person even though we left very early. We'll go back to Cristina's if we visit Valencia again. We already recommend her apartment to friends from Spain.

Greatly furnished apartment in central, hip neighborhood. Plenty of pubs and restaurants and corner. The bike paths are super developed and there are plenty of places to rent bicycles. Rafa was super quick to reach, sent the most important information in advance and often inquired if we needed anything else. The welcome from oranges, madeleines, water and milk was great. The kitchen is well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful studio apartment on a farm, walking distance from Horta and the Via Verde. Friendly hosts (and dogs and cats!) A lovely place to stay for a week over Easter. Ample breakfast and well equipped space. Would gladly stay again.

My stay in this apartment was pleasant. Cris was helpful at all times and left very clear instructions for check-in, and she also made things very easy for me. She left some things for breakfast, which is very much appreciated. As for the location, it is very good, a quiet area and very close to everything. The house had everything you need, the bed was comfortable and warm. What I missed was a blind or shutter to keep the light out in the morning or to cover at night, but the good thing is that there is no building right across the street.

Super nice host that responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

Thank you so much for everything. what a friendly welcome by father and son. Tour of the apartment and could have questions with them. We came to the apartment around 9a.m. and were already able to enter immediately. Bread, croissants, water, milk ,coffee, lemonade, butter and jam were provided. In short, we lacked nothing. Within walking distance of metro Colon that runs directly to the airport. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything on behalf of all 4 ladies😘😘😘😘

Jesus' home is amazing, my partner and I had a spectacular stay. The location is ideal, close to everything and at the same time with a touch of intimacy. The house is spectacular, very big, very clean, and with all the amenities you could want. Jesus, in turn, is an incredible person, attentive at all times, left us welcome details and clarified all our doubts about what to do during moments of leisure. Apartment is in a great location with lots to see and do in the surrounding areas. Walkable all main areas of Valencia. Super-fast internet of approx 600Mbps +. He was a great host and I have no reservations in recommending this property.

Great stay in the heart of Valencia! Very walkable and safe neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, markets and boutiques around. Not too far from the metro! José and Fernando were great hosts and their home felt cozy and inviting. There were treats and breakfast in the kitchen along with nespresso machine. Loved all the art and books decorating the apartment! They were very friendly and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a really great stay here. The apartment was in such a good location for getting to all parts of the city and was right by a bus stop and Metro station. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within an easy walk. It’s very central, yet quiet at night. Maria was very helpful to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in her apartment.

Flat with 3 rooms and 1 bathroom spotless, renovated and all the amenities. Ideally located next to downtown and a parking lot 50m away. The host pending, communicative and very proactive when an issue arose, q is what you can ask for in these cases. Highly, highly recommended. Definitely to be repeated.

We loved staying with Susana and Luis. We had our own bathroom and a large, COMFORTABLE bed. They respected our privacy, while also welcoming us into their home. The apartment was very clean and they were incredible hosts. A large, yummy breakfast was out in the morning. We even took some jelly sandwiches to go. Strongly recommend!!

The stay was as shown in the photos, it was very comfortable combining the rustic decor with modern details. The hostess despite not being able to be personally, she cared at all times by phone , and left a woman who made it easier for us to arrive and installed us very kindly in the stay, which was very clean and tidy with all the amenities. I spent four days at Beni's house. Everything was perfect! Very clean house, very comfortable bed. Beni is really a nice person. It was nice to talk to him. Always available, he makes you feel right at home.
