Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

The fully furnished apartment has a bedroom and a living room with chaise longue double sofa bed and balcony. Maria Jose's house was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. Plenty of space indoors & outside. good location for beach ,park,shops & restaurants. All within walking distance. we didn't hire a car .used Bolt & Uber to get into Lisbon a couple of times. Maria was very flexible with check in & checkout times We were able to check in early which was a big bonus. recommendations for local places to shop & eat were much appreciated.very attentive host. definitely recommend

We had a great time at João's house! Communication was very pleasant from the beginning - João was always quickly accessible and helpful. The house was clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described - but the view really surpassed everything. Especially the infinity pool overlooking the countryside was an absolute highlight and even more impressive than in the pictures! I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Amazing place. Very private, super peaceful, comfy beds ands lots of room for entertainment. The pool was amazing and much bigger then expected! Loved the interior and Carlos was super helpful. Would 100% book again and 10/10 recommendation!

Superb apartment, location and hosts! Monica and Nuno were fantastic from the point of booking. They provided me with assistance on train stop information and best and cheapest ways to get to the apartment and were even kind enough to send me the best train option for my return trip back to the south. Monica and Nuno stayed in contact throughout my stay to checkin to see if I needed anything additionally which was just fantastic service :) The apartment is wonderful, with many beautiful decorations made by Monica. The apartment and the amenities were spotless and brand new. From the balcony you have sea views, it’s the perfect spot for afternoon evening sun. The area was quiet and peaceful with a lovely coffee shops and a super market just minutes away. I would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be staying here again myself in the future:) 10/10 🫶

Very quiet and nice area, the apartment very well located, close to the beach and Lisbon 20 minutes away. A perfect getaway to go with your partner, and very cozy and noise-free apartment, fantastic.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment during our surf trip. It has a great location, being very near to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment was cozy, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed. Ana has been a great host throughout our stay, and was responsive to our questions. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

The bikes available are a very pleasant plus to reach the city center. Ivo responds to requests and is understanding. I would recommend this place and its host.

Luis's apartment is the best. The truth is that it is well located, in front of the beach, you are a maximum of 20 minutes by Uber from downtown Lisbon, you have supermarkets nearby and also a sushi restaurant right next door that is amazing. So when you return to Lisbon, Luis's apartment is the place.

We had a great time. From the apartment, we could visit many beautiful places, and it is still very quiet and private. The village is only 4 minutes away by car and also very nice to eat something there and spend time on the beach. The hostess provided us with everything we needed and was not intrusive. We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.
