It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Our pretty cottage sits just 100 meters from both the beach and the center of the village. Arranged over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single), a family bathroom, a cosy living-room with a fire place, a well equipped kitchen, with some basics like tea, coffee, sugar, a laundry with washing machine, iron and an ironing board, a water-closet and a terrace/solarium with a barbecue.

Welcome to Casa Caliça, a charming beach house with a prime location, just 15 meters (2 minutes walk) from the golden sands of Fonte da Telha beach. Inspired by the simplicity and authenticity of life by the sea, this house is a tribute to my grandfather, reflecting the welcoming and familiar spirit of the fishing village where it is located.

Turtle Beach House (Ocean view)

Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
