Townhome vacation rentals in Costa da Caparica

We had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet, with pretty wooded surroundings. The kids loved the pools. Joao was friendly, chilled out and helpful.

Christina’s place was roomy for 2 couples - 2 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 well appointed bathrooms. The only detail was the musty odour in the kitchen/ living room. This was mentioned in a previous review so we were aware. Resolving this would make it a 5 star location.

Located in a quiet residential area, this townhouse is clean and very well-equipped. Marisa is very responsive and gave us some good information about sightseeing in the area. The children enjoyed the pool(depth ranging from 1.25 to 1.85 m). We had a very good stay there.

Rita is the best hostess one could ask for. She answered every problem or question within a few minutes, was always available and gave many great tips and suggestions for our stay. It doesn't get any better than that. In addition, she is a very nice and warm person.

The house is wonderful and Host Ana is very attentive, polite, everything we need she answered quickly and already bringing immediate solution! We love being in this house ❤️❤️ and we will definitely return.

We had a great time staying with André. You don't have to tell much about the view. The way to the beach is pretty much 1.2km at 120 meters. Down with child and Kraxe 15 minutes, high 20 to 25. We had a rental car and were very happy about it. There is a lot to discover by car. Especially a nice bathing lagoon for the little ones 20 minutes further away. But the nature parks for hiking are also easily accessible by car. André was super nice and accommodating, even speaks fluent German and the apartment is rustic but clean and well equipped. But the rommelsbach coffee grinder doesn't seem to exist anymore! Even if you're interested. Otherwise, beach utensils such as parasol, wind catch and buckets, etc. So everything tip top for us! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed 2 weeks in this accommondation with my 2 friends. The host Ana is extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment was perfect for 3 people to stay in. Two of us were working remotely and the Wi-Fi allowed that with no problem. Kitchen had everything we needed and location was centric. Would stay here again 😊

The place was very cosy and cute. Dinning area was excellent to spend time with family. Bedrooms cosy and warm. We had a good sleep. Kitchen was spacious and well equipted. It got everything from breakfast to super to cook by myself. Very good utensils. Washing machine works not so loudly and got drying option, which is really good for family with kids. The host was very responsive, quick to answer all the questions. Really great experiance in Lisbon.

We stayed in this house for several weeks with our baby daughter and thought it was absolutely great! The interior is very well in shape and the house very clean. All beds are extremely comfortable. We especially loved the small terrace and the green garden. Overall everything has a very cozy vibe. We also loved the area, which is calmer than some of the more central districts but still has lots of great cafés, bars and restaurants. Constança has been very kind, extremely responsive and always very helpful. Can highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location! I was generally a little startled by the prices in Lisbon. But, if you compare it to the other apartments, it's a good value for money. Everything was tip top clean and the key handover nice :-)

Great apartment close to the airport (10min max walk). The swimming pool is heated, large and clean with all the real estate to relax. The accommodation is well equipped and very cozy. All information and instructions are given upon arrival. Perfect communication with the owners. Thank you very much, I would recommend this listing 100%.

Everything was great, house is mint with high end finishing, the beds were comfier than the other places we stayed. also, provided coffee for us. if you want to stay outside of the hustle and bustle it was amazing. the beach at Costa da capricora has amazing restaurants and was fun to explore which was a quick drive. transit is close by. the host is very welcoming and transparent.

Very well-equipped house, in a neighborhood near Lisbon, modern and very functional, the company that manages it is very friendly and helpful, to be repeated.

A family home, very spacious and cozy! Well located, and easy check-in with several instructions inside the house. Although the weather was not so favorable we had a very good stay. Definitely an experience to repeat in the summer !

Mafalda is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had and the view from her place is magical! Our luggage got lost and we have a 4 month old. Needless to say there were some personal challenges but Mafalda made us feel right at home and helped make this entire experience! We would definitely recommend her beautiful home to anyone 🩵✨

This lovely home is BETTER than the pictures. My parents and boyfriend loved it and had the nicest time. Miguel was so responsive and we couldn't have asked for a kinder host.

We particularly appreciated: - Easy street parking - Easy to access from the north of the city - quiet and pleasant neighborhood - bus stop opposite the house offering a regular line to the city center in 15 minutes (bus 759) - warm house, nicely decorated and where you can easily feel at home - very pleasant terrace and small garden - very well-equipped kitchen - pleasant bedding - Responsive, friendly hosts with good advice We loved it!!
