Lisbon Nouveau - Apartment 3D

Lisbon Nouveau apartments are located in one of the city main arteries. The nearest subway station is located right in our door front (10 meters away). The south entrance was offered by Metro de Paris and it is called the Guimard entrance, named after the famous Art Nouveau artist, Hector Guimard, best known for the design of Paris Metropolitan Stations entrances. Inspired by the quest for modernity that moved the Art Nouveau artists, our apartments also aim to reflect the spirit of a new and trendy Lisbon, an old and traditional city with a new and vibrating life. In the neighbourhood you can find shopping malls, food courts and numerous restaurants. We are not far from downtown and Tagus River, and you can be there in a very short subway ride. At walking distance you have iconic places like Praça Marquês de Pombal, Parque Eduardo VII, or the Avenida da Liberdade where you can find the most famous world brands, like Prada, Armani or Louis Vuitton, among others. The apartments were conceived with the main purpose to host the travellers who love to feel the cosmopolitan vibes of the big cities. Nevertheless we believe that the quality we provide will largely overcome any inconvenience from the surroundings The Lisbon Nouveau 3D is a two bedroom apartment that accommodates four persons. The apartment was totally reconditioned and is fully equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. The bedrooms offers three comfortable beds, 1 double and 2 singles for invigorating nights The bathrooms are modern and well equipped, and the kitchen is also very modern and functional. Wi-fi and air conditioned are available for your comfort. In the building we have eleven more apartments very similar to this. They all are named Lisbon Nouveau apartments, so if by any reason the one you want is not available for your dates feel free to ask for alternatives. IMPORTANT NOTE - This apartment is part of a group of 12 apartments all very similar. Apartment 3D was completely remodeled and decoration differences can exist until photos are also updated. This is a fully renovated three bedroom apartment with a large living and dining room as well as a separate TV space (100's of channels). It is furnished with high end furniture and design elements. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern high quality appliances. It has two full bathrooms with two showers and a large bath tub and a guest toilet. Bright & Modern apartment w/ Elevator & A/C is located in very genuine Lisbon neighbourhood of Arroios. Very central and only 5 min by metro from Baixa (Lisbon downtown). You will have good restaurants and coffee shops with good price and with a lot of Portuguese residents because, although very central, this is residencial area of Lisbon. You will feel like local!
