Loft vacation rentals in Costa Cálida

The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk to the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. Torrevieja is a beautiful area to explore, with lots to see. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. It offers all the amenities you would need for a long stay. And finally, the hosts are wonderful people who will do everything they can to make your experience better. We had a situation that could have ruined our holiday, but thanks to Martika and Alex, it was a complete non-issue. I would highly recommend any couple or single person to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

Nos encantó alojarnos en el estudio de Nicole!!! todo muy bien pensado La decoración es hermosa, el espacio es perfecto siempre estuvimos a gusto. Nicole y Adrián fueron un amor indicándonos bien todo y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares increíbles… zona súper tranquila La ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca, Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de este lugar tan increíble.😍 Muchísimas Gracias Nicole y Adrian por todo!!!

La localización es perfecta. Andando a todos los lados. Vistas estupendas. Tranquilo. No nos costó aparcar, a pesar de ser agosto. La casa está reformada con inteligencia, amplia y despejada. Hay un pequeño ascensor, debe ser nuevo…Muy de agradecer! Persianas mecánicas y muy buenas mosquiteras. Un poco incomodos los cierres de seguridad de las ventanas. En la terraza se echa de menos un toldo y una mesa y sillas más cómodas. Cama amplia y cómoda. Laura nos ha dado facilidades, nos ha recomendado sitios y contestó rápidamente. Es muy recomendable para una pareja, muy contentos de haber estado. Repetiríamos.

Isabel’s place was light and bright, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It has a homely feel. Pleased there was heating as we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold. Sadly, we didn’t get a chance to use the outside space because of the rain, but it looked fabulous and was the main reason I chose Isabel’s apartment! There’s a good supermarket across the road,shops and restaurants. In the evening we preferred to drive to the main restaurant/bar area and best beach which are a 40 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car or by bus, towards the Macenas end of Mojacar. Isabel was a lovely host and made us and our dog very welcome. She was quick to respond to any questions and immediately gave us her microwave when the one in the apartment broke. It was also nice to meet Isabel’s friendly little dog.

Eine sehr schöne wohnung und vor allem eine tolle dachterasse mit bequemen gartenmöbeln . Elena hat mir noch einige restaurants empfohlen die mir gut gefallen haben. Viele liebe Grüße Dörte

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa de Javier. Es muy acogedora y está decorada con muchos pequeños y bonitos detalles que hacen que la sientas como tu hogar, una cocina que en contadas ocasiones uno se puede encontrar tan surtida y una terraza de ensueño. Ver salir el sol y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas al mar fue un regalo todas las mañanas. Igualmente por la noche, con una temperatura perfecta y un ambiente muy especial que las luces y los farolillos ayudan a crear, no querías irte a cama nunca! El primer día nos costó un poco dar con la casa. Las calles de la zona son un poco laberinto, un poco estrechas y con muchísimos coches aparcados, aunque al tener parking no tuvimos problema. Si repetimos por la zona, nos encantará volver a tu casa y ya no me llevaré mis libros porque he visto cositas muy interesantes entre los tuyos! Coincido bastante con tus gustos :) Muchas gracias por todo.

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento open space molto carino accogliente e pulito! La comunicazione con l’host, il poco che ne ho avuto bisogno, è sempre stata amichevole e reattiva. San Juan è un posto stupendo dove passare un ottimo periodo di relax

Tolle Unterkunft, modern, sehr sauber, zum Wohlfühlen. Zu Fuß ist alles super zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett. Einziges Manko ist, dass man in der Erdgeschosswohnung immer die Rollläden unten haben muss, da sonst vorbeigehende Menschen hineinschauen können.

le logement est idéalement situé pour profiter du séjour à pieds. l'appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux, décoré avec soin et particulièrement propre. bravo ! tout est parfait ! We loved everything about this apartment. I am going to start first with Patricia because having a fantastic host does make a big difference and she was amazing, so kind and helpful. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. It is welcoming and comfortable and we felt very at home there. The location is also spot on. We weren't here for a vacation and had a lot of places we needed to get to in Elche, and it was perfectly placed. There are great places to eat very close by, the shops are a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is close to everything but quiet at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Murcia! Everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the space was both stylish and comfortable. The rain shower was a particular highlight – so relaxing after a day of exploring the city – and the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, coffee machine, and a cooker, which made our stay super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of the city, perfect for sightseeing, eating out, and shopping. However, it was still quiet and peaceful. A huge thank you to our host, Marta, who was so warm and helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to meet us personally and shared lots of fantastic local recommendations. Any time we had a question, she responded immediately and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Maria is an excellent host! She is carrying, helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Studio is very close to the local big and small shops, 30min walking distance from the sea, beautiful views and terrace to take sunbathing or having lovely breakfast. We would like to say big Thank you to Maria as she made our stay as easy, as welcoming, as flexible as you can imagine. We will be back again. Gracias ❤️
