Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Costa Cálida

The house is just as shown in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

Faultless property and hosts. Photos on the listing don't do the place justice. It is beautifully designed with everything there you could need, all immaculately clean and the place smelt beautifully fresh when arriving. Check-in was great with a very friendly but brief tour, with all key information needed. The area is absolutely beautiful - 30minute walk to the beach through the nature reserve. The pool at the property is also beautiful - perfect for cooling down on a hot day and also exceptionally clean and tidy, all set in very well kept garden areas. There was another very nice couple staying in the other Fincha, and sharing the pool was no problem - we were both respectful of each other's space and found alternate times of day to use it and have privacy. We were here after a family wedding, but if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Stein's place is a real gem. What a joy to spend a weekend in the sun in March! Very well equipped, very easy self check-in, particularly clean and well finished accommodation. I recommend it and will be back 🤩

The place is a wonder, in the middle of nature and with a breathtaking view of Níjar. The Cortijo is composed of independent buildings that offer a lot of intimacy. The pool area is very collected, quiet and cosy. We were phenomenal there.

Brilliant stay and great location, we was visiting family and will be booking again.

Lovely apartment that had everything we needed

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Very good stay, accommodation matches the photos and very clean. Private parking is a plus and the pool at the foot of the apartment is great for both children and adults. We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Very well located apartment with great outside space.

Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Nice host. Everything was as advertised

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️
