We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, SeaWorld and the airport. Nicely furnished, modern house with a well-stocked kitchen and pool supplies. Mark was super responsive in addressing a few asks we had. Highly recommend!

This was a great location with amazing views! We had a great time and would stay here again. The rental company was very responsive. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. That being said, a few things to be aware of: slippery floors with no rugs or mats (our little ones slipped and fell a lot), very small carport (it fit a minivan but barely), nice to have dual shower heads but the shower floors were slippery as well, bathtub was weird, the faucet came from the ceiling.

A charming backyard features a spacious patio with a seating area, surrounded by decorative stones and artificial grass. A hot tub is situated to one side, while an outdoor game board displaying a flag motif is nearby. The exterior of the home is bright, with large glass doors opening to the interior.

Nathan is a beyond awesome host. He's communicative and kind. One of the beds had an issue and he sent his worker to fix it ASAP. He always asked about our well being and left a comfortable spot to enjoy our vacation. The Jacuzzi is AWESOME! I recommend his place 100 percent! Thank you, Nathan.

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend at Richard's place!! Very cute cottage that was clean, bright, and had all the amenities. We loved that he included a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for us to use. The beach was an easy few blocks away and took about 10 to 15 minutes to get to. Restaurants are within walking distance too. There were also plenty of bikes and helmets available to use and my family was able to enjoy a lovely ride in the neighborhood. Richard was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We enjoyed ourselves and look forward to going back!!

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Vivian’s place! The location is amazing—super close to everything we wanted to see, like Balboa Park and Little Italy. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. It was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully organized. The kitchen had everything we needed, even though we mostly used the space to rest after being out all day exploring. Having access to a discounted parking spot nearby was a big plus since we were driving. Vivian was super responsive and helpful with the little details that made our vacation smooth and memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend her place to other families visiting San Diego!

Loved staying at Lauren’s place. Upon entry, the space leading up to the apts front door was tighter than we expected - it was one unit of a few in a tight backyard. That said, the inside looked exactly as photos, spotlessly clean, the location was great, and it felt private. Lauren was very responsive and friendly, sharing local restaurant recommendation if desired. I would stay here again as it gave us a quiet homebase to relax with easy access to great food as we explored San Diego.
