Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

The home worked great for our small family gathering. They even provided a roll-in crib for the baby so that was nice. And we appreciated the offer to extend our check out time so it wasn't so hectic on Sunday morning to get packed up and gone. We'd book this home again without second thoughts.

Paradise in the dessert! We visited for a wedding in Queens creek. The house was amazingly comfortable and had so many amenities, we wish we could have stayed longer. Carol provided a clear set of instructions and was communicative throughout the entire experience. Although we did not use the pool due to our schedule, we wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the relaxation the house provided. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies. Highly recommend longer stay if possible.

This was perfect for what we needed for our business trip. it wasnt anything fancy or extravagant, but covered all the basics. location was convenient, gas stations and major stores within 5 mins. the property may be a bit on the dated side but everyrhing was in working order. beds were comfy, place was clean, the AC worked. no complaints.

This home fit our needs perfectly. There is a master bedroom and bath on one side of a great room and 2 smaller bedrooms and bath on the other side. The landscaping is beautiful. If you are quiet, you will be able to see many desert creature The location worked well for us. Gold Canyon is about 30 mins outside of Phoenix, yet had all the services you need. Denice was always responsive. Her instructions are clear and very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a large group in a very nice neighborhood. Pool and hot tub is great, and with 7 rooms and multiple living areas plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend for big groups and only about a 30-40 minute drive from Phoenix, Gilbert, Scottsdale

The location and amenities were great, especially if you're traveling with kids. Matthew was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Instructions were extremely detailed, and he provided tons of recommendations for things to do and places to go in the area - it was like having a personal concierge. Highly recommend this property and this host!

This duplex in Roosevelt Row was convenient for us. We knew we’d be driving all over the Valley, so it was centrally located. We traveled with two young kids, and the pullout couch worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The private backyard patio was nice to have, too. Flour was a fun coffee/pastry stop down the street, and we could have walked to Pizzeria Bianco. We’ll def look for this spot again on future trips!

Great townhome with a private casita as well. Check-in was super easy and the place was exactly as described in the listing. Denise was very proactive in all of the communication. We had a great time here.

Perfect for my daughter and I while we were in Phoenix. Great for relaxing after our various adventures. Really appreciated the snacks and enjoyed relaxing with the wine they provided after a long day of hiking in the desert. Highly recommend them’

This was such a great space for us to come and stay for our friend’s wedding. We had to bring our fur babies and they didn’t mind at all when they saw the back yard! It was very spacious for them to run and play, throw the ball, and it was very secure. The yard is full of flowers and plants which was beautiful. It was nice to sit on the back patio in the mornings. The house is very cozy and decorated really cute. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to Mesa. Sandra is very responsive and a very friendly host. We didn’t encounter any problems. The location is very close to the freeway and some businesses, but overall it was pretty quiet and the huge yard with flowers made up for that and provided privacy. It’s a must stay! 😄

Other than spotty internet, the place was great and close to everything we wanted to do.

Jeff was great. The location is near everything you would need, from freeway access to grocery stores. There is a big park just across the street that's well lit at night. The beds are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the home is very clean. The master has a big sliding door w lock to the pool area . Could handle multiple couples or several family members easily. Very kid friendly, from doll houses and games and toys for both girls and boys. Even a pool table for the Big kids. The pool was great and the fence around the pool made you feel very safe. The yard is a good size with large shade trees, and a big grass area. I brought my 2 Boxer pups and they loved the yard. BBQ'd several times enjoying the patio. I cant say enough about Jeff and his communication skills. He even checked in to make sure we had what we needed and that everything was running smoothly. We all felt very comfortable here. The house is very spacious, loved the layout & would stay again.

Larry‘s place was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The stores were just around the corner. There was walking paths through the housing area that were beautiful and Larry is very easily to get a hold of. We definitely recommend this place and if we come again to Phoenix will try to rent it again.

Can’t say enough about our stay at this house. Nicely furnished. Swimming pool and backyard was wonderful. Private and quiet neighborhood. Had one little problem and Brian took care of it as fast as possible. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s place very much. She was very attentive and answered all our questions. Her place was well-kept and easy to find. I’d definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Katie’s home was beautiful and very welcoming. There was a beautiful backyard area with mini golf, a pool, and just overall a great spot to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Katie was also very good are checking in to make sure we were okay, and also very good with instructions/responses to questions we had during our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m in the area!

This was a beautiful house! I believe it was just painted and it was spotless. Everything worked (oven,microwave,tv’s) great! Brand new electronic couches. Very comfortable. Bedrooms were cozy and clean. Wonderful yard with a great pool. I hope to actually use it next time. Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I hope to be able to stay there again in the future if it’s available then.
