For the months of February through April, one of us will be in home also. Well-appointed bungalow in desirable location of Johnson Ranch. Home is located in a quite cul-de-sac and in close proximity to golf course, pools, and shopping. Our home is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is wifi and satellite tv for you to enjoy. There is a putting green in the back yard for guests to enjoy as well as a barbecue. The backyard has fruit trees that guests can pick.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

A full set of dishes, pots and pans are in this area for your use. Lots of private sitting areas or just hang out in the orchard and pick citrus fruit from the 40 plus trees.
