This is my favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Clean, comfortable, pretty landscaping, even a kitchenette!

Had an amazing stay start to finish. Very flexible and helpful and I’m looking forward to booking with Edith again in the future!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Princess's place was amazingly clean, and that is super important to me! Everything was in excellent working order. It didn't even take a minute to walk to the pool. The apt. was exactly as the photos show (with a couple of minor exceptions). We were pleased to stay this time, and would enjoy staying there again. The minor exceptions: There was no coffee maker, though there was one in the photos. There was instant coffee (and if you drink coffee, you know that instant is not really coffee [smile]), but no coffee maker. Upon a phone conversation with Princess's husband, they had a drip coffee maker delivered a couple of hours later; problem solved! The photos show laundry detergent. There is no laundry detergent provided. Had we known, we would have come prepared. Should you stay at Princess's place, I think you will be glad you did.

I had a wonderful staycation for my birthday at this beautiful Airbnb highly recommend Derek was amazing getting back to me. Answer all my questions with a very fast response. Great amenities and plenty things for you to do. Love how they provided snacks for their guest. Great parking good location to hang out downtown.

This home was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our time as a family. The outdoor area could not have been better. The pool and slide were incredible. The outdoor kitchen area amazing and the additional sitting and eating area made it so easy for us to sit and visit and enjoy our time together. I requested an additional day just so the kids could enjoy the pool more and we could spend more time together before we caught our flight. Bradley was quick to respond, and clear on his expectations of check out time to be ready for his next guests. He was courteous to us in giving us the extra time and thoughtful for his incoming guests.

Ana was a great host for our stay! Made it like home for myself and my guests! She was very helpful and responsive as needed. The stay was clean and beautiful inside and out. I would recommend to anyone come and check out the AirBnB. I would not mind checking out here again!

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

This home was very spacious. Pool was great! We slept very well because beds were so comfortable. All of the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I particularly appreciated the tv instructions. Every tv system is a little different and in other places we have struggled to figure out the system and remotes. These owners provided perfect details and steps to follow. I definitely would recommend this home if you’re in the Phoenix area.

This was a nice house to spend a long weekend. It was clean and spacious. Lovely outdoor area and pool! Would definitely recommend this place!

Came with my daughter, sister and niece and grandmother to visit her sisters in Arizona, and Donna’s home was perfect! The home was spacious, clean, and perfectly suitable for my grandmother’s mobility issues. My daughter and niece enjoyed the pool and the games the whole time we were there. Thank you Donna for being super responsive and I’m looking forward to staying in your home in the future!

Aaron was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We had a lot of fun playing poker and taking a dip in the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our experience very much and we would stay again. I accidentally left my phone behind, and they were quick to inform me so I could come back and get it. Thank you!

Brigid was an excellent host! She was responsive, gave us kid-friendly ideas about what to do and gave clear instructions for check-in/ check-out. The house is exactly as described in the pictures. Our kids ( aged 5-11) loved the private backyard and swam, played mini putt and ping-pong non stop. The games room was also very fun for them. The house was very clean. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of towels. The kitchen was clean, well stocked and easy for cooking for a family. We had a great stay and would return!

Bryan’s place was amazing! We only stayed for a few nights but it was so great, I wish we could have stayed longer & we hope to be back again! The pool is so nice and I loved the privacy. We also got an exclusive tour of his yard plants/trees! Bryan is an outstanding host and we really enjoyed his presence when we chatted with him. 10/10 would recommend staying here 🌟

Tina‘s place was immaculate. It was in a great location, easy to find, and very clean. Tuna was super responsive to any questions we had. It was a great place and a great stay! I highly recommend it! Great job, Tina!

Great place for a great price. A bit of a drive though if you’re looking to go to Phoenix or Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend getting a rental car.

Jen's home was so beautiful, spacious and comfortably. The pool and hot tub in a fenced backyard was spectacular with the waterfall trickling in the background, we never wanted to leave. But we didn’t have to go but a mile or two for all kinds of shopping and restaurants. This lovely place is far from the maddening crowds. We spent a month but wished it was longer. Thank you Jen
