The space is very good, it has everything that was in the listing. He answered our questions super fast. We really liked it.

Great apartment, very organized and clean, well equipped. The condominium is very nice, with good security and a very nice pool. There's a nice trail that goes down to the beach with a stream. The location is a little far from downtown Jacumã. It is better for those who go by car, but you can get by well with alternatives, motorcycle taxi and even Uber. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. It's worth it, my family felt very good there.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment has a beautiful view and has an easy location. Gabriella and Nei are very attentive. Carapibus beach is a paradise. Grato for everything!

It was an amazing experience, the apt matches the ad and very safe, all the appliances work perfectly and the kitchen has all the utensils the neighborhood and very safe, and very close to the beaches, quiet neighborhood, super recommend. next time I know where I will stay!!!

Our lodging with Neide was wonderful. We took advantage of the Christmas party to reunite the family and everyone felt at home. The garden is beautiful, monkeys appear every day to eat fruit on hand. The tranquility of the place makes you want to live there forever. The house is spacious, the backyard is big, the pool is wonderful. Everything we wanted for a few days of rest. The house is close to the beach (about 5 minutes walking) and you can walk. The house has all the utensils we need for a Christmas dinner. The air-conditioned rooms at the top are well ventilated. The service of Neide and Guga was always helpful and fast. These are some loved ones. We will certainly return with the whole family to this paradise.

The Yellow House is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Leave the room and come across the green sea of Coqueirinho Beach (my favorite of those I visited in Paraíba), in addition to having direct access to the beach through the backyard, is simply amazing. The house is exactly as in the photos and description, comfortably accommodating a large group (16 people), without any problems during the stay. Although the location of the house is not very close to João Pessoa, for us it worked very well, with easy car access to other beaches in the region. There is no market nearby, so a car is of great help. Rodolfo was always very clear in communication and organized everything in an impeccable way for our stay, providing rules and information that were very useful. In short, it was 7 wonderful days, and we left with the urge to come back more often.

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and quick communication with the host, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach.
