Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Thank you for so much!

This was my second stay at this house, and once again, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent, and the host is always very attentive and available. It was great to be back here.

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. Ana Clara is very attentive, with great communication. She helped us with what we needed. She did us some favors and resolved requests. We appreciate your kindness and warmth. We tried to leave everything as we found it and follow the house rules.

I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

Marcos was extremely supportive, flexible with arrival times and responded quickly when we need information or solve something. The house is excellent, extremely comfortable, clean and ensures a good mix of fun and rest. We love it and hope to be back soon.

The house is very large and comfortable. All bathrooms were clean as well as all bed and bath linens. The pool and the clean game space… all rooms with working air conditioning and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the indispensable utensils, microwaves, airfraier, gelagua, two refrigerators and a stove with 5 mouths. The beach is quiet and is right next to the house, about 5 minutes walking distance. RECOMMEND!!!

Aurora's apartment is super comfortable, nice linens, very soft and super fragrant towels! The possibility of self check-in makes the process much easier and gives freedom and I really liked it. The location is great for those who like to go to all the beaches, it is close to all the most popular beaches (coqueirinhos, tambaba, tabatinga) and you can walk to Carapibus beach, which is down the street, very good for swimming and with a crab in delicious coconut milk! I would stay again without thinking twice.

Mayara is very solicitous, attentive. The site surprised me positively because I thought it had fewer establishments around. I forgot the towel but it was easy to buy there. The apartment has several kitchen items, fundamental. The ecological trail is quiet. To the left side of the beach, walking a 30 minute walk to Barra do Gramame and to the other side, a little further reaches the beach of love. Paradise location. It would surely return.

Very organized apartment, well-equipped kitchen, the pool very clean the educated staff. Beaches are close to the AP. Quiet place😀 Only a little far from the center, but for those with a car, it's not a problem.

Mr. Severino has served us very well, the location is exactly as described in the listing and we will definitely come back more often....it was very nice!!!

These were wonderful days. Mônica is a very kind host and always available. The apt that she made available to us is organized, very clean and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The place is quite ventilated and even to sleep without air conditioning and has an incredible view. The condominium is quiet with a very good pool but that needs a deeper cleaning in the grooves because it joins, but nothing that will hinder a good bath. My daughter liked the game room, playground and played a lot in the area. The janitor responsible for the condominium, Fernando, is super good people, available and polite. A 10 for him. A point that can improve is in relation to the shower in the 1st floor bathroom that opens the tap and the shower from the bottom of the water is missing or it is very weak and the refrigerator that needs maintenance because it is not cooling efficiently. I intend to return at another time because I felt very safe and comfortable.
