Vacation rentals with beach access in Conde

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

The hostess is a dear, treated everyone very well and was always in touch for whatever we needed, went out with us to get to know the surroundings and go after food, was always very kind and attentive, the location is also great and the nearby beaches are a delight. My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

Perfect house, better than expected, clean house, with all the necessary utensils and very comfortable, close to the beaches, markets and restaurants, we have no complaints to make, our stay was perfect, the hosts super attentive and helpful, we will certainly come back more often!!!

First, let's talk about Natalia, proactive, interested, extremely considerate and kind. The hospitality of the hostess notes 1000, the house super well equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, barbecue and beach/pool leisure. SmartV new, which gave us a lot of amenity for a lovely Netflix at the end of the day after lots of sun and lots of beach. Calm and quiet location a few meters from the beach that provided us with all the necessary infrastructure. The wide and airy house as reported in the photos and we will definitely come back. P.S. For those who are afraid of waves or the sea, there is an area with quiet water facing the sea that those who can't swim will be able to enjoy the day in the water a lot without taking a chance.

Bárbara was a very considerate host, always available and concerned with making sure my stay was quiet. I recommend it for those seeking a refuge in the midst of nature.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So have a good stay, as I did.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.

Andrea's apartment is excellent, just as advertised. It's super organized and has everything you'd need to live comfortably. It is very close to the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. Andréa and Luciene were sweethearts, they gave us several tips and answered our questions and doubts super fast. We loved the stay and hope to return soon.
