Henrique is an odd host, made us feel at home. The desire to return already reigns around here. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the condominium is super comfortable! We were in 3 adults and 2 children, and the apartment served us perfectly.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

A great place for the family. Lots of space, very close to the beach, close to good restaurants, quiet and peaceful place. We were received by Mr. Giovani and his wife, super attentive and receptive, with cool tips on what's nearby. I recommend it and will return on another occasion.

Whenever we go to João Pessoa we stay in the apartment. The condominium is right on the sand, the pool is wonderful, a family atmosphere and the apartment is always very clean and organized. The kitchen is very complete and the parking space is great. We can't wait to come back again. Ricardo is very attentive, communicative and responds promptly. I highly recommend it!

The apartment of the way that was described there was nothing missing an optimized and cozy space, not to mention that it was practically a jump from the beach, boardwalk....You can book it worthwhile you will not regret. The apartment is satisfying and has everything needed for a good stay. A positive point is cable TV in the living room, with several cool channels — ideal for relaxing after the beach. The curious (and funny) detail is that the host only asked when we were leaving. Mau arrived and he already wanted to know when he was leaving. Ah another important point is that the apartment is far from the bustling waterfront, it is in front of the beach but in a quieter location away from the bars.

Close to Bakery and supermarket. the beach to see from the balcony of the apartment, a beautiful view. the host is always very requested. the concierge of the building has 24h cameras then and quiet , the porters are super gentle . Amazing experience, Ana's apartment is very beautiful, spacious and with everything we needed, we were a lot of people and 2 children and we had no problems. Walking, you can easily reach the Tambaú sign, one of the high points of the waterfront. The property is even better in person, surpassing expectations. There is a market next door, a bakery very close by and several restaurants in the area, which makes everyday life much easier.
