Amazing location if you are going to be close to historic Gruene community. The manager of this property really helped us out with a bad last minute issue with one of the other Condos in the complex. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We don’t usually stay in condos because I am concerned about potential noise but the weekend we were there was very pleasant, no noise from neighbors at all and the place seemed pretty full of guests. We had a good time.

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

This was my first time in this area of Texas and all I can say is wow what a cool town. Not only was the town extremely fun but staying at Brooks Airbnb really gives you the opportunity to be close to everything. The only way it could be closer to the river if it was on the river. Not only that it’s about five minute drive to the waterpark, which is pretty sweet. Got to see some deer in the morning which is pretty cool while sitting on the balcony and drinking some coffee. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be back.

This was a fantastic Airbnb. We would definitely rent here again if we plan another trip to New Braunfels. The place was well maintained and had all we needed. There was a quaint outdoor area with pool. We lucked out with a friendly family that we shared the pool with. The location is prime-close to Schlitterbahn, Comal river, and local restaurants. We floated the river and just walked there, floated for a couple hours and were able to walk back to our unit, avoiding needing to pay for parking or expensive shuttle services. We ate at several local restaurants. Definitely recommend Muck and Fuss which is about a 10 minute walk. We also ate at the Hideaway which is a 5 minute drive and had an awesome outdoor area with playground for kids. Cathy was very responsive when we had questions. No issues during our stay, so we really didn’t need to contact her much. We were impressed with this Airbnb and definitely rate it 5 stars!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to New Braunfels. The pool and location are the best part. It’s so close to Gruene but also has restaurants and activities within walking distance. We love the Mercer in general but this unit is our favorite one. It’s spacious and in the perfect location. I’ve never had a single complaint here!

Great place. Eight adults in this tripe and we all had nice comfortable individual. Ed’s to sleep on. Great locations, so many cool restaurants and bars all close by. We walked from condo to Gruene Hall to see Robert Earl Keen concert.

Enjoyed my stay at the Scott’s home . It was spacious and beautiful. Would definitely book again in the future . I added this home to my favorites list

We visit New Braunfels every year and this location right on the river is just unbeatable! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very informative and check in and check out was a breeze. Would 100% plan to return!

This was a great place to stay. Little touches like a kitchen with all the necessities, and a great array of spices, as well as some kitchen basics like olive oil and salt, well provisioned coffee station. These people really went out of their way to make the place warm and inviting. I am very grateful.

We LOVED this place. It was quiet, private, and in the perfect location. The access to the river is great. The place was very well stocked. The gate code wasn’t correct when we got there, but it was fixed quickly. My only recommendation is room darkening shades for the bedrooms. There is an exterior walkway and we couldn’t turn them off. Overall I would highly recommend this place for a vacation!

We had a great time… definitely more crowded on the river on Saturday, but we expected that. Sunday was very quiet and more relaxing for our second day on the river. Great location and it felt secure

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!
