This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Nestled on a quiet part of the river, and right by where the Comal and Guadalupe merge to make either river convenient! Hosts have lived in this area for 15 years and provided amazing insight and recommendations!

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

It was renovated several years ago into a duplex (New Mexico Suite and the Virginia Suite) The duplex also has a connecting door which may be unlocked if you wish the rent the whole house.
