We enjoyed our stay. The owner is quick to respond to any concerns. We recommend this BnB for those staying in the New Braunfels area.

We visit New Braunfels every year and this location right on the river is just unbeatable! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very informative and check in and check out was a breeze. Would 100% plan to return!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

Amazing location if you are going to be close to historic Gruene community. The manager of this property really helped us out with a bad last minute issue with one of the other Condos in the complex. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We don’t usually stay in condos because I am concerned about potential noise but the weekend we were there was very pleasant, no noise from neighbors at all and the place seemed pretty full of guests. We had a good time.

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

This is a great place to stay for a weekend in Gruene. Walking distance to the Rockin R. Minutes from Gruene Hall.

Unfortunately, we were unable to come for our trip as I was admitted to the hospital with post surgery complications. We were really looking forward to staying here and are hoping to reschedule for another time!

We grew up in NB and can confirm that you literally can’t get a better location than this. This home is only a few minutes walk from pretty much everything… the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, downtown NB, Landa Park, and amazing restaurants. The home is cozy, private and the layout is fantastic. Our kids loved staying here and affectionately called it “the big house”. Cathy was a fabulous host. She was incredibly responsive and provided all of the information we needed and more. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the future!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

We loved our stay at Rolling Wave at the Mercer. Was nicer than the pics! Very clean and the pool and grill area are a great hangout spot. Also dog run and bath right down the steps. All in all very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend when visiting New Braunfels!

Ben was an excellent host. very responsive and his home was clean, furnished well and had everything we needed. we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

In my opinion probably the best place to stay at if you are going to the river and or water park. Everything is walking distance or a 5-10 minute drive.

Excellent stay and value, plenty of room for my family and dogs. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the host was very responsive. House was spotless and appeared just as pictured. Great location and we will without a doubt rent it again when we head back to the lake!

This was a great place to stay. Little touches like a kitchen with all the necessities, and a great array of spices, as well as some kitchen basics like olive oil and salt, well provisioned coffee station. These people really went out of their way to make the place warm and inviting. I am very grateful.

We had a great time… definitely more crowded on the river on Saturday, but we expected that. Sunday was very quiet and more relaxing for our second day on the river. Great location and it felt secure

We were able to check in earlier then the set time which helped and the home was very inviting walking in and staying there. Was like being home but a different and peaceful environment. We would love to stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. Thank you again Mary for the amazing experience we had while staying there. Loved every day of it

Our stay was incredible! Extremely clean, great communication, and the beds were SO comfortable. If we ever make it back out to New Braunfels we will absolutely be staying here again!

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!

The condo was perfect for our visit to Gruene & concerts at Gruene Hall.

The Airbnb was exactly as described, had a full kitchen and was extremely clean. There’s a tv in the queen room and living room but nowhere else. Not a huge issue but the wifi never connected and we had to use our phones as hotspots. Kelly was very communicative so other than that, it was a great time! Overall wonderful experience!!

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.
