Monthly Rentals in Columbia

Lovely weekend getaway in a quiet, cozy place. Very clean and tidy with cute decor. I appreciated having the washer and dryer and being able to bring clean clothes home! Cathy was quickly responsive when I booked last minute and helped with local details when I had questions. Easy check in and out. Close enough to town but enjoyed the quiet country atmosphere. Great stay at a great value. Thank you Cathy!

I stayed for 4 months. The place has its quirks as have been mentioned in other reviews but it is spacious, comfortable, sunny, and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There were a couple of issues during my stay and Kait was responsive and helpful each time. I did bring a few favorite kitchen items with me (like good knives), but if you aren't picky, there is plenty for a long stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, cozy house located in the perfect area! Everything between Mizzou, restaurants, and grocery stores were within minutes! The house was clean, well maintained, and had very thoughtful touches! Clear instructions were provided for check in and check out and the hosts were very responsive! I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Columbia! Thank you for the gift card! It was very thoughtful and a nice surprise!
