Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Colorado River

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay. We were in town for a wedding, and having three bathrooms was a plus when getting ready. The home was nice and tidy, and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. I highly recommend staying here. We will be returning whenever we are back in the area.

The outdoor entertainment area was outstanding! Not only did the seating exceed our needs, the lighting added the perfect flair for enjoying a Texas night! The living room was spacious and well appointed with comfortable furniture. There was a variety of dining areas. 2 large tables in the house, kitchen island seating and a dining spot on the front and back decks. The home was clean and smartly decorated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend and we will book again.

The wildlife (mainly deer, but also a fox) were everywhere and very inquisitive! The yard is beautiful and well lit for hanging in the hot tub. We had everything we needed and more! Would stay again.

Our trip to San Antonio was complete with the accommodations this home offered. We were able to use the community pool. The biggest HEB I've ever been to is just 3 miles away, we cooked many meals here and utilized the home's cookware and tools, the washer and dryer were noticeably in new condition, making towel turnaround comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, lawns are landscaped! everything was wonderful. Great place to stay for two small families. It was a quick one night stay, but it has everything we needed and the host was flexible with our check in time. The rooms were great—clean and free of clutter. Also nice neighborhood and loved the option to keep our cars in the garage. Thank you!

Just try and make it more Senior friendly like Rails for steps and sitting in the bedrooms

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for our family. The place was centrally located to everything we needed to get to, ncluding the wedding venue where we were attending a wedding.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Eugene’s place is very nice! We had a great stay with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the coffee pot has a built in coffee bean grinder! Well stocked kitchen. Enough toilet paper for our two weeks there. Plenty of bath linens. There are nice neighborhoods to walk thru, but restaurants are a short drive away. Marble Falls is the nearest town and has good restaurants, gym(The Athletic Club), HEB grocery store which is great. If it had been a bit warmer we could have utilized the lake. Very nice neighbors! We had motorcycles and there is nice riding nearby. We would stay again! Thank you!

Stayed here for a birthday weekend in San Antonio. This was a first time using airbnb and Johana did not disappoint. Always replied quickly and was very friendly about my questions. The home itself was as described and extremely clean. Everyone else was right about the furniture, the bed was so comfortable! But most importantly, PERFECT location for the Pearl, the Riverwalk, the local walkable businesses nearby. Never drove more than 25 minutes away.

My son and husband stayed at Juan's place to go to the Spurs/Celtics and to hang out in San Antonio for a few days. They really enjoyed their stay! They felt it was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Very clean & they were able to pretty much able to walk everywhere they wanted to go. There's a brewery and restaurant nearby and a couple of great coffee shops that they went to many times. Everything was great and they really appreciated the bottle water in the fridge. Thank you!

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Great communications from host. Proactive in addressing issues before you even knew there was an issue. Off street parking with closed gate was a huge win!!! High end finishes throughout. Outdoor grill and refrigerator. About 35min walk to Alamodome was not an issue since that is how much time we would have been in traffic if we would have tried to drive.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

Kathy was an amazing host!!! the house was in incredible condition when we got ther and she was super communicative the whole time! We drove down from OKC and had some car troubles when we arrived and needed to stay extra days, she was very understanding and willing to help us while we figured out our plan to get back home!

We came to Villa Blanco to celebrate my son’s birthday and for a long weekend getaway. This was such a lovely home and location. We were able to cook, enjoy the pool, host-provided games and walks/hikes near the property. We loved visiting the local horses and bringing them apples. We had a fun dance party with the Bluetooth speakers. And truly just enjoyed family and togetherness. This is a perfect property with all kinds of amenities. I 100% recommend. If you’re assessing properties, look no further. This is it.
