Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open projected to be 2nd week of May) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests maximum including infants and children.

A covered balcony is featured, with a glass table at its center and four metal chairs surrounding it. Lush trees provide shade around the balcony. A water view is visible in the distance, though currently low. A ceiling fan hangs above, enhancing comfort.
