Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Colorado River

This was hands down one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed—it’s the first home in general I’ve stayed that actually made me want to buy a house! The home was beautiful, the neighborhood felt very safe, and the host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He answered all our questions quickly and was super friendly throughout our stay. Alot of The questions I had he actually provided ahead of time in one space. I’m new to Airbnb (we usually do hotels because I like a more luxury feel), but this experience totally changed my mind. The decor was modern and the place was squeaky clean.. this is one thing I really check for with cleanliness of bathrooms, insects etc. I will absolutely be back— 110% recommend!

Loved Justin’s place! It had a huge yard, a garage, washer, dryer, and even access to backyard from the master. Great neighborhood with park nearby. Would totally stay again!

Jeanette's place was absolutely perfect. We were visiting Dripping Springs for a wedding and the location was great. The house was very clean,nicely furnished with plenty of extras. Jeanette thought of everything! Oh and most importantly,the beds were comfy

Location was great and the place is well suited for big groups. The only feedback I have is that some small functional things are missing - eg dressers to unpack clothes, not enough bright lighting, etc. It was overall a good home base for our group trip

Great location that has some easily walkable dining and also super easy to uber to and from. The space had more than what we needed since we dined out most meals, but it looked like it has all the necessities. We had food door dashed and were able to sit outside on the porch and eat and it was really nice. I'd happily stay again when we're in town for a show or event.

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

Thank you Gus, your place is fabulous we felt at home immediately and the vibe is fantastic, one of the best Airbnb we’ve ever experienced, truly wonderful! You have thought of everything and the TV with the surrounding sound is outstanding as well as the outdoor space. We loved our stay and recommend it wholeheartedly!!!
