Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Colorado River

This is an excellent place to enjoy and have fun with families and friends during weekends. Very scenic and lake front house with fire pit is a highlight. Lots of amenities for the kids and adults to enjoy. Safe neighborhood as well.

It was so nice and beautiful I had an amazing 21st birthday there. It was so peaceful and quiet the only problem is that the neighbors dog did come over and play and he was nice to everyone but he did try and attack my little puppy. Beside that I had a fantastic time

This house was probably my favorite of any Airbnb ever. The house was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and spacious. I felt like we got an incredible deal for such a large home. The subdivision was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. He left such detailed instructions for every aspect of the stay, from arrival to check-out. He also left recommendations for everything from restaurants to nightlife to shopping, and everything in between. The beds were comfy, as were both living areas. We moved our daughter up to college, and I plan to utilize this rental every time we come to visit. Truly above and beyond. Can't wait to come back!

This was our second time here and we always enjoy staying at Brad’s place. He is very communicative and allowed for early checkin! The house is very nice with an unbeatable view - we look forward to returning again!

We had a great stay. I will say that there was a sense of lack of privacy like another reviewer stated. The door to the hosts home is locked but they have access to open on their side and we didn’t have access to lock it on our side. My husband was with us but if it was just my daughter and myself I’d have felt a bit more uneasy about that. Other than that the stay was great quiet and the host was very responsive. There was a small button on the wall that I covered because I watch too many documentaries lol but he assured me it was just the magnet to the remote.

Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.
