Este apartamento es el más cercano al mar y está junto a la arena, con acceso directo a la piscina y a la playa. Hay una cama doble para 2 personas y dos camas individuales. Además de un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene una terraza al exterior y un jardín privado con diferentes accesos, mesa, sillas y tumbonas privadas. Perfect apartment for our family stay (parents and baby, with grandparents). Two separate bathrooms was a bonus. Right next to the main beach and with a pool as well. Florence was incredibly helpful, and provided lots of extras for our baby (high chair, cot, play mat) Highly recommended!

Das Tiny Apartment war genau das Richtige für uns - wir haben etwas Ruhiges gesucht, dass aber trotzdem in der Nähe von Cala Ratjada lag. Mit Mietauto ideal! Auch haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der CheckIn und CheckOut sind reibungslos abgelaufen. Zum Apartment: Schöne Einrichtung, Küche ist ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht, es stehen genügend Handtücher zu Verfügung und zu unserer Überraschung gab es sogar Kaffee. Die Anlage mit Pool hat uns begeistert. An einigen Ecken hätten wir uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, der Host hat uns aber direkt proaktiv unterstützt und das Problem gelöst. Perfekt! Allgemein war die Kommunikation mit dem Host sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir durften im November eine Woche in Raquels Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung war schön und groß, wobei das Highlight der Wohnung sicherlich der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist. Man sieht direkt den Sonnenaufgang. Da mein Mann und ich mit unseren eineinhalb jährigen Zwillingen dort waren, war es notwendig, zwei Gitterbetten und zwei Hochstühle zu haben. Das alles stellte uns Raquel zu Verfügung. Fehlende Geschirrtücher hat sie uns auch sofort gebracht. Generell hat sie auf Fragen immer sehr schnelle geantwortet und hat uns auch vor 16 Uhr einchecken lassen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wenn man am Strand entlang spazieren möchte. Wenn man dies gerne mit dem Kinderwagen machen möchte, ist das eher nicht möglich, da direkt beim Strand kein befestigter Weg ist. Das Highlight war, dass wir selbst um diese Jahreszeit noch im Meer schwimmen gehen konnten und Raquel sogar Sandspielsachen für unsere Kinder hatte.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Antonia was lovely, she greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The view from the apartment is absolutely beautiful and it is in the perfect spot, peaceful but only a few minutes walk to lovely restaurants etc. Parking was always available behind the property, which was very convenient. The perfect place to stay in Puerto Pollensa!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Joan. Le logement est conforme aux photos et il y a énormément d'espace. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est vraiment agréable. Le logement est situé dans une petite ville typique éloignée des grosses zones touristiques. Il y a de la vie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de fêtes locales. Le stationnement est toujours possible dans la rue. Joan est un hôte réactif. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Port de Pollensa and is so easily accessible to shops, restaurants, taxi and bus service. Jaime was a wonderful host. Replied to messages promptly and was available to sort out questions immediately. Very friendly and approachable. Apartment is comfortable. Woukd have liked more towels as there is a washer but no dryer. However we didnt ask and I imagine if we had they would have been made available. Highly recommend

Die Wohnung war exakt so, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man erreichte den Ort sehr einfach mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Palma (ca 45 min) und der "eigene" Parkplatz im Innenhof des Appartmentkomplexes war äußerst bequem, obwohl man in der Gegend leicht Parkplätze gefunden hätte. Von Alcúdia aus haben wir die gesamte Insel mittels Auto erkundet - die Lage und die Höhe zur Autobahn und den Schnellstraßen war hierfür sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten (<5) vom Appartement entfernt - wer also gerne schnell und oft zum Strand möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

Wij zijn afgelopen week op vakantie geweest op Mallorca en verbleven in dit appartement. We hebben een dochter van 2. Pluspunten: campingbedje, handdoeken, strandlakens, speelgoed, speelgoed en benodigdheden voor het strand, paar blikjes koud drinken in de koelkast, je kan zelfs bakken op vakantie dus een goed ingerichte keuken, fijn overdekt balkon met lekkere bank waar wij elke avond op gechilled hebben, fijn contact met Laetitia en diegene die de deur opent en wat wij erg fijn vonden met onze dochter is dat de omgeving waar het appartement staat is afgesloten met 2 hekken en een poortdeur dus onze dochter kon nooit zomaar de weg op lopen. Echt een aanrader en wie weet komen we nog eens terug! Eigenlijk geen minpunt te bedenken voor ons.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.
