Directly on the beach, hosts were lovely. Extremely helpful. Would recommend for a beach house.

Clean apartment as described and very well-equipped. We had a pleasant stay with a beautiful sea view and a cove 5 minutes' walk away with crystal clear waters in good weather.

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

Reinhold was a friendly and responsive host who made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was modern, perfectly located and extremely well equipped. Highly recommended if you are seeking a great location for a relaxing holiday.

Everything about the accommodation was fine. One day there was no internet connection, which I reported to the host. He contacted the local service provider, who fixed the problem the next business day. Maria was kind, gave quick answers, everything was clear. The accommodation was well equipped, the beach was close, the accommodation has a small terrace. Street parking is possible in front of the house, we always found parking on the street or in the neighboring street.

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

The accommodation is very nicely located in the first row by the sea with very nice sea views including sunset. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Our landlord was always available and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A car is recommended for exploring the island. We will be happy to come back.

Great place with nice balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun. Parking right in front of the house. Hosts are usually easily accessible. Very quiet area. However, a large construction site is being set up for a new house right outside the door

Pep's apartment is perfect in every way, cleanliness, view, and proximity to the city and all the places to visit. The pool is a plus and the ease of parking as well. i would recommend this apartment.

We felt very comfortable here, everything is very modern, renovated and furnished. The apartment features comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a quiet environment and plenty of space. The apartment matches the pictures, although the small terrace with lounge furniture and the private parking space right next door surprised us positively. Due to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, everything was very bright and appealing. The place is very pleasant with a great beach promenade. However, it bothered us a lot that the shower drains spread a considerable drainage smell throughout the apartment. Fortunately, we were able to eliminate the smell by thoroughly cleaning the shower drains. Communication with the contact persons in advance was extremely complicated. Unfortunately, we only received stereotypical answers to inquiries. In addition, it is necessary to upload pictures of your ID card to a platform in advance. We've never had that before.

We were incredibly happy with the place and the hosts. The outdoor area of the complex was just fantastic, sometimes we were alone at the pool for several hours. The various bays had crystal clear water and were within minutes walking distance as well as several restaurants. There were enough towels available so we didn't need our own.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment has beautiful views from the balcony and the bedroom window. Judy was very helpful and has good recommendations for locations nearby. The apartment is 2 minute walk uphill from the centre of the port. If you rent a car, free parking was a little difficult but still manageable with a short walk to nearby streets. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend :)
